400 watt MH Purple Kush SOG JOURNAL

16 purple kush,4 "kush clones" Off a BCSeedking kush mother, 1 BCSK Mango clones from a friends plant. I cloned all of them, The rest i got i put outside on a nice hillside.
Medium= Sunshine-mix4
Nutes= AN growbloommicro, problend bloom pro, koolbloom
Lighting= Digital 400watt lumiteck with sylvia bulb 10"inchs from plants
AIR= I leave it open all day and closed at night. Im getting a little Charcoal filter soon. I got a 6 inch inline. Im going to run that on a rheostat to control noise.
SPace= 2x6x8 closet. grow space 2x3
These are a qauter of the clones i took off my mothers. I had many many white widows. like 100 cuttings. I gave 50 to my friends for the outdoor and there dog ate about half of them. And i lost half to cold temps and no superthrive. Superthrive made a high sucess rate when used with rootech gel. The widows were my first clone attempt. Pk was a bit better and got about 70 from 110. Everytime it gets better.
This is a micro grow just for fun.
I gave them a 5 day 24/7 veg. Its currently on day 5 Of 12.12
I bleachd everything and i spray them with neem.
This is my only 400watter. When i get the filter in 3 weeks i will upgrade. Im In BC so heat is not much of an issue. I have a small ac that i could plug in in a month or two.
The BC Purple Kush is the real deal that always turns out nice. I didnt get The Pk from a seedsite.
The Bcseedking Is alright. Fast delivery. Im going to get the superlemonhaze fem from greenhouse. Get 1 mom out of them all.
Im growing 15 kush seeds out right now. There under cfls. im going to get them ready for the great outdoors. just for seeds and smoke.

These ladies are on day 10 of 12/12
5 days after the first pictures.

Looks good it's too bad you didn't seperate them into different pots however

No i dont like to water everyday. I water once a week in those big pots.
If i had little one gallon pots they would have to be waterd every 1-3 days.
If its gets to bush*y im going to tie them back. But it wont because im lollipopin

does anyone else think this is a bad idea? I want your opinions. I thought thats what this site is for.

I'm a newb, and I did a little research on your question. I'm gessing it won't be a "problem" to say, but the more room for the roots the better. It there is competition for soil they will definitely be held back somewhat, making your plant grow a little smaller and bud a little less. If you're okay with that then go for it, see what happens. But everybody is going to recommend that you put only one plant in one pot, so that they aren't fighting for root space.

Thanks for your anwser. Since its a three gallon pot and there is three in each pot. They get one gallon to them selfs. Roots dont fight eachother.
One gallons pots vs three gallon. The one gallon lets my plants get root bound easyer and they dry up quiker. The three gallon lets my plants' roots spread out more.
Since its an SOG style grow you dont have to worry about root bound plants. Since the roots dont grow as much as they do in veg.
They are talking about seeds in that artical.. Im using clones.
Have u heard of a "soil bed" or "Table" The buds have more space to root out. In a little pot they grow to the sides of the pots and grow down where they matt up on the bottom. Now in the bed they have more room to space out. Now since im only planting three in each pot its symilar to planting 125 in the 4x8 soiltable.
Now if i had one gallon pots for each one it would be a pain to water each one three times a week. Im only watering once a week right now. probly twice a week when they get thirsty.
This is a micro grow to me. There wont be any problems with roots fighting each other.
BUt i have double potted and did get a little less off the double potted ones at 1vs1 but 2vs1 i got more off the double potted. But thats not the point. The point is the double potted ones got the same 4 second watering as the single potted ones. They were in 2 gallon pots with a two week veg.
I dont recomend double potting when u arent doing sog. Unless its a really big pot(table)

I'm not sure what you mean by "table". Is that just a really big soil bed made out of a table or something? I understand what you mean about the roots growing out then down though. I transplanted one of mine into a bigger pot today and saw that the roots went down the sides and had lots at the bottom. I can't wait to see what your scrog looks like when you get the screen all up and going.

A "table" is a piece of plywood with 2x8 going around to make like a half box. usualy they are raise. Its an sog grow not a scrog. A scrog is when you have fewer plants and long veg time under a screen. mine is just a sea of green.
I only gave them a 5 day veg. ill update in a couple days

Ok i promised an update so here it is. Day 16 12/12. They were rooted about 25 days ago and cut about 40 days ago.
I just waterd them full strenght AN nutes mixed with a qauter teaspoon of hydroboost
One of the plants has stretched to about a foot and a half haha.

i have a couple burnt leaves because i sprayed neem oil when the lights turned off. I guess i should have turned the fan up. owell here they are.

good work, they're coming along nicely. Fellow kush farmer. Our harvests will be very very close together, I'm on day 20 are you a first time indoor grower?

This is my first ghetto setup. This is my 5th time indoor and my smallest one yet.
I took 10 clones two weeks ago and they are all rooted cept one that died from damping off. I cut them with a dull knife haha. They are vegging. I want to put them outside when they outgrow their cups.
I just started taking clones from clones. Save money that way.

ahhh i see. I was going to have you come to my first time indoor flowering thread but...you can't, you aint a newb! Use razor blades man haha, better than a dull knife. I plan on getting some NL#5 and also blueberry seeds for my next grow. I'm going to mother the best of them, then clone and start a new grow with my og involved also. This isn't until september so i have time to veg em up and cut babies by then. I just need the GD money from my first show before I progress. I'll be lookin in from time to time, subbed ~ BCbuddy

Yea i know what u meen. I know you will get paid off those 4 bulbs.
Everybody is new untill they hit the gram per watt.
I usually update every 5 days or so.

Plants look amazing!! Nice work!
