400W 800PPFD in a 4x4 can it be done?

125W* 24 = 15,500W So to get my PPFD/W.... It would be around 0.065 PPFD/W

You don't need 24 Zelions to get 1500μMol/s. Remember, there is plenty of overlapping light... just totaling the hotspot areas gives no reasonable results.
Take four in a 4x 4 tent and you're in a good 700-800 range or 8 to reach the 1500 in your example.
That's highest bin horticultre Osram's (p.e. T3T4 for hyperred, ...) not the crappy chinese, Lol!
I'm also using white COB's because I'm to lazy to solder hundrets of mono's, Lol! And they are to expensive too, but in fact they work!

will try it next week. Hope I find one selling smaller amounts (maybe 8-10) of the 1825 CRI90. If not I'll try cobkits or northerngrowlights but want to avoid extra costs because of the VAT and shipping costs.

I may not have calculated the overlap, but even so it wouldn't be too far off. Even component based blurple just doesn't seem cost efficient. But as I always say it's your money use it for what you like.
