So, this is my second grow and everything has been going descent so far!

I am growing Blue Cheese and Sweet Thai

Light: 400w HPS
Medium: Fox Farm Oceans Forest in 5g pots
Nutrients: Fox Farm Organics 3 pack
Watering: Following the "heavy" feeding schedule on the back of the bottle, along with the Fox Farm feeding schedule. Currently adding 2TBL of Tiger Bloom and 1TBL Big Bloom per gallon, watering every 3-4 days.
PH - water adjusted to 6.0 before every watering
Time: 7 weeks veg, 2 days flower (topped in the 4th week, cloned in 5 1/2th, and 7th)

These plants are going to have mass bud sites, my canopy is wide and has 4-6 good looking large nodes where big colas are going to develop per plant

1st Picture: Sweet Thai #1
2nd: Blue Cheese
3rd: Sweet Thai #2
4th: Blue Cheese
5th: Sweet Thai #1
6th: From Left to right - Blue Cheese, Sweet Thai #1, #2
7th: Same as above ^^^^^

I also show pics of my clones. This is my second attempt, my first try yielded me a 0% success rate. I don’t know what i am doing wrong? Clean razor, moist rockwool, low wattage flouros, spray 2-3 times a day with distlled water, used Advanced Nutrients cloning gel????

These clones are 3-4 days old!!

Any suggestions on cloning for me???

Comments or suggestions on anything are appreciated

I just went up there yesterday. I am not currently living in the same place as my grow so i visit them like every 4-5 days.

They look really good, i lost the sweet thai #1 plant due to over nuteing, so there is only two in my closet now.

I will get pics up Friday

Here are some pics

I was in a rush so the pics suck

But the buds smell amazing, especially the cheese

The Thai is the one with the fat leaves, i took two pics of it

I think they have at least 4 more weeks to go at least

Both plants show signs of nute burn, i am just watering with pure water right now and hopefully the burn will recede.

Does anyone think i should trim those big fan leaves on the sweet thai?

I have heard different opinions on trimming fan leaves

Pros: gets more light to the lower bud sights

Cons: The fan leaves are what produce sugars for the plant, so less fan leaves=less sugar production

Any input?

I have success cloning with rapid rooter plugs, clonex gel, and I only mist 1x a day. And I have 1 18" 15W Cool White fluorescent Tube for my lighting set right on top of my cloning chamber. Looks like the rock wool cubes may be too wet.

Thanks for the info biz, but i lost all those clones as well

I think i had multiple issues while cloning

too much cloning gel, too wet of an environment, and my cuttings were small and taken off the bottom of the plant are some of the major ones

i have learned alot attempting to clone the first time

I am starting my third grow now on sunday

I am going with all white label seeds, flavors: rhino, afghan kush, and master kush

This next time i am going to grow some mothers and attempt to set up a continuing harvest

Again, thanks for the input, its much appreciated

hey beta ;)

Get yourself one of those small greenhouses ^^

you know those things that have a grean floor to put flowers in and a seethrough plastic top...

Costs 4 dollars.... u can put 18 clones in there... 3x 6 rows....

Get some small Jiffi pots... Buy some Clone ex Gel.... Cut the end of a branch off..... lets say leave 2 fan leave's there or 3..... then cut it 45° this makes the radius bigger of the roots ;)

Poor some hot water on top of the plastic top so that its hot..... makes the humidity higher than it would be.....

Let them go for 3 - 5 day's .... and u got roots...

----

Dont cut Fan leave's off.... no point..... Take the fan leaves of that place u took a clone from.... otherwise u dont need to do it......

----

Nice pics mayne... peace

Heres some pics

This is day 41 flower

The Blue Cheese is still burnt pretty bad, i am watering with just plain water now for the past week

The Thai is looking good, 4 really fat colas. The buds on the Cheese are much smaller than the Thai buds.

The seedling pics are my next batch starting up

White Label Rhino, Master Kush, and Afghan Kush. 3 of each

I have smoked a few of the small buds from my trimming the under canopy.

Get you high, but its hard to determine flavor and taste from micorwaved bud

The Blue Cheese does smell amazing though, very potent, definitely overrides the smell of the Sweet Thai in the closet.

I actually have one that i used last time i attempted cloning

How much moisture are supposed to be in the jiffy pots before inserting the clone? I think thats my number one issue is the moisture level? The perfect level is hard to achieve for me??@?!?!?!
