400watt MH

i have always grown with cfl's and never upgraded to mh or hps
but today i found a 400watt mh light bulb, if i want to use this to start growing what else would i need to get it going?

o0o a ballast and a reflector is deffinetly needed for sure? or? and if they are what do they normally cost?
