(40V) Very early issues - FFOF Overfeeding?

Hi all,

This is my first grow but I've been doing copious research as I develop my whim of a grow into something legitimate.

Current setup:
-2'W x 3'L x 4'H wood enclosure with an open top, walls of mylar.
-3 plants, all bag seeds from CO dispensaries. Spent 4 weeks under a low 52 total watt of CFLs. Past 10 days have been under the CFLs + 100W of LED in the veg spectrum. (CFLs 4" above, LED is 24" above plants) Growth has boomed with the LEDs, but is VERY behind due to the first four weeks, I believe.
-All plants were planted in FFOF right after germination. Soil was not cut with perlite, or anything else at all. All plants have been in 1.7gal pots for past month.
-Compacted soil may be an issue, soil does not feel dry after a once per 7 day watering cycle. No nutes yet. I flushed with 4gal 6ph water last watering due to overfed look.
-6" fan blowing on plants on low from 3' away from above.
-Outside temps have been low earlier, but are now 65-75 F. The lights add minimal heat, it seems anyways. Humidity is low in Denver, I have a bath towel hanging in my enclosure with the bottom in a bucket of water to help.

Plant issue:
-Two plants are doing great. Green stalks, beautiful leaves, responding well to topping! Both are shorter and bushier. Indica I reckon.
-Problem plant is almost double the height, lankier, red leaf stems, and having weird issues with the leaves that are pointing to either heat stress, or nute burn, or both. Leaves are clawing, cupping down, and rolling their serrated edges. The other day, I lowered my LEDs 6" and top leaves were canoeing, so I backed it back off. Could Cal deficiency be causing a weakness to heat/light?
-In the past two days, Ive notices new growth leaf tips are turning lighter colors of green. I've noticed several very small dark/dead spots on my older leaves as well (right lead, second pic)

Can you knowledgeable legends help me determine if I'm overfed (no nutes added, 100% uncut FFOF), or having heat problems?
