4'PVC grow -planning stages- advice/input needed

Ive been thinking recently and reading alot about making a hydro system, ive grown dirt and see so much more benefits from hydro.

Ive read through many systems and come up with my own ideas and looking for ideas/flaws/input on my plans before i go ahead and put it into affect.

Ive got a 12x12 room.

I want to do a flood and drain system using 4' PVC pipped into a pyramid starting from the top working its way to the bottom. Making its way around the room, 3 lvls to use maximum light efficiancy.

So to explain a little better.

Ill have 2 resevoirs connected as 1. The pump will put the water to the top level, about 4feet from the ceiling, the water will makes it way to all 3 sides before dropping 1 foot to the next set, and so on. Then dripping back into the resevoir at the end. I plan on running water 3 times a day for 30mins

I was planning on using 2 1000W HPS for this room. which would be my flowering room. I will also have a cloning room set up and move clones directly into the flowering room without vegging for smaller more space efficiant plants.

Baskets will be placed in 3' holes 6' apart in the 4' PVC, il be using rockwoll cubes and potting pellets.

ill be using 2 200 cfm to exhaust and control my heat. i have an air intake for fresh air flow and will be using swirl cage fans and a few osilatiing fans.

Here are some of my concerns that im looking for feedback on.

1- Will flow be to much with the 1foot angled drop down the the next level?water is running trough but not so much filling up will this allow enough water reaching my plants to grow?

2- at 6' apart that 24 plants a row, tho lower levels will be smaller technicly this should host 150 plants? think size and space will be an issue if im skipping vegging and going straight to flowing

3- will my 2 exhaust fans be enough to bring the heat down? or will i need an AC unit to control the heat.

Any help and guidance is appriciated. keep in mind this is my first hydro grow and im still learning everyday!
