It's 32sf and it only comes out to 56 watts per square foot. people aim higher.. with 8 plants it's ~200 watts per plant..
There's something called the point of light saturation, which states that plants cannot photosynthesize light after a given intensity. That's for 1800w or 1200? Don't feell like doing the math right now lol

hmm I'm not sure either.. but people run 2ks for reason.. and I doubt it's to spend more on electricity.

Yes well there are also people who fail to understand basic concepts of horticulture and never open a book on the matter. If you really want to run 2k go for it, I recall reading that 3 600s will out yield 2 1000s, it has something to do with the coverage area and because they yield more g/watt than a 1000 does. You would also be saving 400w of electricity over the 1ks.
