5 weeks flowering move

so my 2 plants are about 5 weeks into flowering and the smell is becoming so strong, I can't keep my fan blowing out my window hard enough to rid the room and the hallway right outside from smelling. So, I'm going to have to move them to my friends house.

They have to be moved because, I'm going out of town for a few days, and I completely trust my system going on, but I'd rather not anybody catch a whiff of them while I'm gone and go snooping in my closet. Plus I agreed with myself, that after they get so that they smell is undeniably strong, I would move them out of this house.

TO THE QUESTION... Is it going to hurt the plants any to be moved this afternoon? The place I'm moving them to is about 3-4 minutes down the road, not a big deal.

I think as long as you don't do any damage to them, the move shouldn't bother them. Just move them during the lights on period and make sure their new digs don't get any light during dark periods and the timer is set correctly.
a carbon filter should take care of that odor for you.

yeah I bought a carbon filter pad at lowe's for 10 bux and just cut it down and fixed around my ext fan. Maybe try that route.

i'm talking more of a real can carbon filter - doubt a pad will work very well but worth a try.

are you together or two different posts regarding two different grows?

nah, this is the only post I made about it.

The reason I didn't go with the carbon filter is because they were just chilling in my closet with the cfl's hangin from the clothes hanger bar. not really any place to have a filter.

Anyways, I just got back from moving them, and it worked fine. I am a little worried however about the fact that we have a male in one of the rooms in the house a few weeks ago and that room had quite a bit of pollen in it. These are down the hall and in a closet of a different room. My friend is going to vaccum the room the male was in tonight when he gets home from work. Things should be okay.
