It really helps to know the strain and kind of your herb. Big difference in the flowering time between Sativas and Indicas. Sativa strains usually need to go 2-4 weeks longer.

There you go! When I looked up pineapple express - search strain review from Leafly .com and it
said
Pineapple Express was bred by G13 labs and is the child of Trainwreck and Hawaiian. The smell has been likened to fresh apple and mango, with a taste of pineapple, pine and cedar. This hard-hitting sativa provides an energetic high up to 2 hours and has a THC content up to 17% with CBD of 0.17%. Pineapple Express is a marijuana strain with light green buds that are dense with thick resin

This didn't tell the flowering times so I went to Wikileaf and they said:

Pineapple Express is a Sativa dominant hybrid whose popularity is nearly legendary thanks to the popular “stoner film” of the same name.

While this strain may not be quite as mind blowing as the movie makes it out to be, Pineapple Express still offers a nice, mild, body-numbing buzz.

Before the onset of this buzz, however, the strain offers a number of cerebral effects. These effects are described as both stimulating and calming with both a heightened mood and senses. More experienced users feel energized from using this strain and report it increasing creativity, focus and awareness.

The pineapple-flavored taste to this smoke can leave users with a dry mouth and eyes. When using higher doses or when baking this strain into edibles users may experience dizziness, headaches and paranoia as well.

The powerful cerebral effects are the number one reason Pineapple Express is chosen for medicinal purposes by patients. Aside from easing stress and anxiety, this hybrid can be great at lessening the symptoms of chronic depression as well. Pineapple Express is also chosen by those suffering from mild aches and pains but is not recommended for those suffering from severe pain. To a lesser degree it is also used to induce appetite and calm nausea.

Pineapple Express’ mother is the grand strain Trainwreck which was crossed with Hawaii by the breeders of G13 Labs. The flowering time for the strain is between 7 to 8 weeks with most growers harvesting comes after 56 days. With yields of up to 400 grams per square meter this strain performs best when topped and then supercropped.
Since the arrival of true Pineapple Express at least two imitations have appeared – one a descendant of Pineapple Chunk and the other using Skunk, Trainwreck and Hawaii.

Now you have a way to plan for when you want them to going flowering for 7 to 8 weeks if this in indoor grow... otherwise nature will start them to flower in the fall more than likely.

the G13x Hawaiian Haze took about 4-5 weeks to show first pistills
hawaiian genetics seem to take REALLY long to show/develop buds.

Dropped by for a look. 2nd. and 3rd. pics showing flowering coming on. Pic to has best flower size I can see. The flowers do look a bit small for 5 weeks. No big deal, they will fill in some and get a lot bigger. Get a magnifying glass strong enough to watch the color change in the trichomes when they get near time to finish. Harvesting when there are more amber looking trichomes means its been left long enough for the THC to mature to it's more potent stages.
