Can anyone advise??

I'm 5 weeks into veg and plants look ok (stalk looking a little thin) I am using quite small grow pots (approx 6'' diameter and 10'' tall) I posted a thread a week or so back and was advised to transplant into bigger pots. This was the plan however my wife gave birth to my daughter on saturday - That means my other little ladies are getting neglated and i simply dont have a spare minute to transplant and re-pot them.

What i'd like to know is if i can go into flowering in these smaller pots as i dont have a spare minute and wont have over the next few weeks, to re-pot. I just want to get them on 12/12 lighting now and start flowering. Will i still get a half decent yield in these smaller pots?

Also - do the plants continue to grow and get bigger / taller on 12/12 or do they just flower? maybe i should post some pics?

Rookie questions i know but with my daughters arrival i dont have the time to get it 100% right.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

Yea I'd post some pics for others to see, but those pot sizes don't sound that bad you can go maybe a little bigger but 6'' diameter isnt that bad. And during flowering plants almost double in size so whatever it is now its gunna get a lot bigger.

they will double in size the first two weeks of 12/12 cuz of the lack of light then they will calm down and bud. Id transplant if u can. congrats on ur new baby, have a cigar. if u cant transplant then im sure u will get something just not as much.

You should transplant them into bigger pots when you move them to 12/12. They're going to take off. I use 2 gallon pots in flower.

OK - As much as i want to transplant i really havent got the time.

Here as some pics of 2 (i have 10 in total) - these two are an average of all 10. (pics attached, i hope i've uploaded correctly ?!?!?!?!) They are White Widow BTW.

Whats going on down the bottom too... i have some deadness on some at the bottom and others are starting to go a little yellow. Not enough light maybe???? Not enough water??? Should i be concerned ?

As i say - will putting them on 12 12 in these smallish pots still give me a half decent yield?? will have to take my chances due to time restraints and when i start the next 10, i can begin in larger pots.

I guess its a learning curve and this is my first attempt so plenty has been learnt already.

Also - Any advise on ferts for flowering? ( i reside in the UK therefore US fert suggestions i may not be able to get)

WHAT DO MY BABIES LOOK LIKE AFTER 5 WEEKS???? I have nothing to compare against. Good / Bad / Average?

Thanks

Congratulations on your child.
If you don't transplant your plants you should think about giving them some nutes. looks a little N deficient.

I will be using Jacks Classic. Check out my grow journal or click here. They have a page that will allow you to locate a supplier in your area. This is a product recommended in the grow faq. Use the "all purpose" during veg and the "bloom" during flowering. It also happens to be a relatively innexpensive product.

Good luck.
