Reliability is very important in an air pump. I would have to question the quality of something that cheap, and whether it can really generate 528 gph.

Wow, thought it was a typo, but that looks legit.

Might have to order a handful of them.

Thas gotta be a typo, the 258GPH version of the same pump on the same website is $24.99, maybe they switched "258" and "528"...?

If not, prolly worth grabbing one

Order them Order them, and make sure you retain a copy of your order form, and hold them to the purchase price. If they do not honor the purchase price, it's false advertisement.

ordered it
What did your confirmation email look like? When it listed the part, did it say "528 GPH Pu mp" or something like that?

Would be curious, because if it was mis-listed, your electronic invoice would probably have the proper part listed.

it is legit! 33 watts! the 258 version has only 20 watts. I got mine peeps. Man I needed a pump too. I got aero experiments, ebb and flow fun, I might have to get two!

Wowsers; I'm gonna wait until you get yours delivered before I order mine(s), but if it's legit, that site is about to get traffic like never before.

Please keep us in the loop when that arrives, if you wouldn't mind.

i figure, worst case scenario they do ship the 250 gallon one, I'll just have them refund my card, and probably keep the pumps

Thanks for all the feedback. For this price you can buy a few for the same price as 1, did I say 1 pump with half the volume. I dont have any previous experience with these pumps, so I CANNOT TESTIFY TO THE RELIABILITY. I am going to get a couple for myself and see what its like. I did go to the store and check out the pumps on the shelf. RUN IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT. Not bad construction, lots of connections, long power cord. I've got a bubbleponics rooting bucket right now, but want to try ebb n flow. They also have in store a digital timer that states, hundreds of settings per hour., perfect for EBB. All I need is a tray.
To the naysayers: I saw the sale and wanted to pass on the info. Use your best judgement and purchase at your own risk.
THIS IS A WATER PUMP, MADE FOR FOUNTAIN DISPLAYS, NOT AN AIRPUMP. Check it out

Good farming to all

hey thanks for the heads up on the pump. I use hf pumps for my aero systems and have never had any problem at all and, the output is very very close to what it is listed at. As far as a typo goes... might not be. if they got a cheapier price on them or have an overstock of them.... they will put it cheapier. It could also be a discontinued model so they are trying to get rid of them asap. Think about it.... a POND pump when most of the nation is facing cold weather for the next few months..... most people are not going to buy a pond pump during this time of the year. I know that I recently bought some stuff from a local harbor freight for gardening (legit veg gardening) and I paid only 1% of what it was listed at a few months ago.

Way to watch out for the sales.... oh... and hey to anyone that doesnt know.... sign up for the harborfreight emails..... theyll send you a coupon almost every week good for instore purchases. Most of them are either 15 or 20% off a single item. Not usable for online though.....

Cheers

Hey that a nice a nice deal, but keep an eye on it, harbor freight is a place you buy something that you dont mind if it doesnt work after the first couple times, kinda like disposable tools, but some things last longer than others.
