I have one of my new sprouts doing the same thing. I too was using 24/0 on it and think that maybe the cause. I'm going to try 20/4 and see how she responds. Although, I do have another sprout that seems unaffected. The only difference I can think is possibly ph?

Anyways, good luck on a non-runt. Although I had a runt my grow that I didn't give up on and she ended up being my tallest plant right now.

I actually haven't tried 24/0 but I have read that there is more root growth at night, and I believe the plant stretches some and if you have enough vertical space, then why not let it get tall? I'm just saying this is what works for me, and I have seen awesome grows that started with 24/0, so whatever works for you.

Its an option you choose bro...18-6-24/0....24/0 grows faster cause it gets more light.
During veg ,marijuana plants dont need a photoperiod.Just during flower.

i just got the same thing from stealth hydro. i feel jipped. its so easy to use. if i knew it before i would have saved 150.00

idk i dont like 24/0, not saying its dosnt work, the most i would use it for would be a couple days, i threw it out there because a thread i was commenting on a guy had a runt, grown it for a month almost, you kno what it is, new grower, anyway's, told him to go 18/6, plant blew up in growth in a matter of a week, turned out male tho after going to 12/12 haha, was a beauty tho, hope it works out Purp

been at 24/0 since sprout and my girls look great. btw this is my time 24/0 it grows pretty damn steadily compared to 18/6. personal preference i'd say, both schedules have worked for me.

So what's up with that runt brother? I hope she is still kicking and you get everything set and rolling again. I doubt that runt was caused by lighting as well. Remember my giant monster of a mother? That was raised under 24/0, and so were all 3 of my bagseed and they are just as plump and healthy as anything else. Just a bad seed would be my guess man.

Im not saying every Plant will runt out cause of 24/0, but i dont think its that much of a stretch sayinig that t might have been the issue, start with 18/6, then see if you get a runt.... if you still do, its the seeds

Me personally dont like canna but i had to use up the rest of these nutes.General Hydroponics is the way to go.

Hey bro! A question on how you do nutrients!


Do you add more as you go each day, or do you mix a same strength gallon of water then just top off the res? I am trying to figure out if I should drain and replenish every time I change the nutrient strength, or if I should just try to change it on the fly. Looking good bro, should be taking off here real soon for yah.

I use one strength for a week..if its too strong dillute with water.
After that week i drain the water and add new water and nutes. Im at 7ml/gal right now.

Hey bro! I had the same problem with humidity, so I bought a Humidifyer for 23 bucks at walmart.... Went from 16% to almost 40 over a few hours! And that is with the machine feet from the plants and sensor. =-) Goodluck!
