6 inch cool tube 600w? or 1000w?

So I just realized I bought a cooltube with a sticker that says 600w and 5amp on the side. WTF is this? I didn't realize some cooltubes didn't go up to 1000w. I was actually running the same cooltube for about 3 months on 1000w ballast and 1000w light and everything seemed ok. Is it ok to run 1000w on these cooltubes or are the stickers correct and I just bought the lame version and need to return them for the 1000w version?

again the cooltube sticker says 600w - 5amp and my solis tek ballast is 1000w and 8.75amp...

Was the hood/tube part of a package originally( light.ballast,hood, cord,etc)? It might have just been labeled that way because it came with a 600 ballast and bulb.. I never seen a limit on hoods/cool tubes/sockets/cords..only bulbs and ballasts. Personally I wouldn't be too worried about it. Look at the cord and see if it's stamped/printed on the plastic covering the cord with it's capacity..I bet it says something like 600V...any pics?
