Lookin good.
The secret to better pics is to turn off lights and let camera flash do its job.

You would have to post pictures my friend. If that's not possible just look for a mix of amber and milky. Here's a link to a reasonable article on the subject. http://www.hightimes.com/read/key-points-harvest-time
No, that is wrong and not what the article says.

"Even a subtle amber hue in these glands could mean that cannabinoids have begun breaking down and decomposing, which means less potent pot. "

Amber trichomes have degraded into CBN.
As soon as I see any amber trichomes the plant is ready to be picked.

DJ short likes to pick while the trichomes are still clear.

The article then goes on to recommend flushing, which is one of the biggest myths in growing. If you feed properly, flushing is not needed at all. Flushing is harmful to plants at a key time and does not remove what most people think it does.

your asking for time is like asking how long it takes to get a woman off. each one is different. that is why most are telling you the same thing. get a loop or good magnifying glass. tri's milky, some turning amber and almost no more clear or shiney ones left. (you always seem to have some new tricomes so you will have some clear. you can always look up the plant and see what seed sellers recommend. remember to add a week to budding time from when you went 12/12. the tricomes milky test is best. never pick when they are all clear and shiney, they are NOT ready. Treespiker is right about too much amber, I usually recommend to pick when most are milky and only some are turning amber and only some are still clear. good luck, do not forget to keep buds out of light for 7 days while you dry / cure.

The Young Jedi pot life asked for direction, I simply pointed him, he is happy. How are the Plants man?

Do you mean this part LCG?

"Even a subtle amber hue in these glands could mean that cannabinoids have begun breaking down and decomposing, which means less potent pot"

I've read it explained as starting AS they turn amber and also AFTER they all turn amber.

In this post: https://www.rollitup.org/t/everyone-should-know-about-trichomes.188324/

The author says "After the trichome is fully amber in color, the THC starts to degrade."

Beats me for certain, but I would like to see some real science and not just bro-science on the subject.
