I trimed the leaves off when they were turning brown about 2 weeks in it turned out that i was burning them with the nutes. I panicked and cut the leaves. I SCREWED UP. But i found this site and things and growing great now. Thanks for all the help guys.
I topped the two large ones , the bigger one has spread it wings and is going crazy the other is just getting bushy.
Since i got the lights they seam to be reaching up less and started to bush out.

:shock:OK the last photos are about three weeks old they are looking much better. the foliage has come back. BUT, this evening when i got in i noticed that one of them is dying it is the one with the small waist. Its lower extreme above the AG sponge for about 1/2 inch it is grey and skinny very skinny. It has done fine until today now it is wilting? :twisted:WTF!!!!!!!! all the others look great. Even the top i cut a couple weeks ago has taken root and is doing fine. Here are some new photos.

i have managed to keep the room at about 74 and they drink enough to refil every day about 2 to 3 inches in the AG tub. the humidity is low and the lights are set to 12-12. it is only that one plant that has fallen ill. It looks like a male anyway so hope fully no loss. i will take photos of what i believe to be the failing male.

if you look at the bottom of the second photo you will see the deformed stalk it looks like it was wearing a girdle. its small and grey weak and odd that is the only one that developed that way. the others look great.

Naw purp. i have the AG hood lights and two 24 inch halogen grow lights, the roots looks great white and healthy, water ph level is nominal, nutes are correct. all looks well with the set up, i would like two more lights. All the other plants are fine i am thinking it had something to do with the deformed lower stem. starting to show signs of gender, there was a thread i read eairler on sexing but cant find it now, any good suggestions. what to look for , when to start looking, where to look, where to cut males so not to come back, root mass in large and untangaleble. thanks folks appericate it.

I'm including a pick of what to look for regarding sexing your plants.

Also, remember, even if this grow doesn't go according to your plan, you will have the hands on experience and a lot more knowledge to make a bigger and better grow next time. Nothing you do in life is a loss unless you learn nothing from it.

Good luck man! Those plants are stretched pretty good, but I think it'll be ok.

Happy Growing!
