This is my first go at posting here on riu. The info has been awsome. Will be setting up grow log which i hope to update regularly with pics and info. Will always be learning, please feel free to give feedback on grow op. Happy growing.

In first phase ive got t-5 4 foot 54 watt per tube flouros. They seem to start them great. Second phase is 2 400w digital lumatec dimmable for 18h veg. They seem to be doing better since I turned them from 24 to 18. Last phase is 600w lumatec digital dimmable 12 h flower. I've got 2 ice boxes strapped to the sunsystem 2 air-cooled hood with 6inch 450 something cfm can fan pulling hot air inti cold air thru watercooled iceboxes. It's totally sweet.

This grow journal is just getting setup and will be figuring out posting pics next

ive got acouple unknown seeds flowering under the 600. using them to test out new setup. ive got himalayan gold and super silver haze under the 2 400s. their about to go 2 12h to sex . most will stay in 12h for flowering. 2 of the best of each strain will be kept as mothers. been reading alot on how best to sex mothers out for minimal down time. not sure if just moving to 12h, when sex shown gonna move back to veg. is this the correct way? i dont think ill be flowering the ssh inside much. seems like the flower time is gonna be too long. hoping the more indica dominant himilayan gold is gonna flower abit quicker. to be honest i think its highly unlikely that ill be using either of these strains for long. next up will be white widow behind these guys. id love some input on some high yeild short flower time strains from everybody. been thinking pos of al b fuct reccomended spice sweettooth #4. not sure where to get though:fire:

well, i thought id let you all know some info on my watercooled setup. ive read conflicting reports on peoples opinions on their setups. i must say mine are really positive. i will say i was disapointed in the beginning with out my dehumidifier. the waterlines were dripping with condensation allover. as soon as i installed my 70 pint aday dehumidifier, which really doesnt seem to work hard(course my room is by no means filled up yet). my humidity dropped from 70 to 80% humidity to 45% humidity which has the system runnings flawlessly. im using the sunsystem 2 6inch aircooled hoods for my 600s with 6inch 450 something cfm canfan pulling on two hoods and two ice boxes all 6inches. no doubt the air comming out is totally chilled. im running a sealed 1500 ppm co2 room. ive alsoi got two inline fans in the 450 cfm area pulling from veg and one from flower each with 6inch ice box. this handles the rest of ac. thinking of connecting another icebox on each fan which would make it 2 on each fan as opposed to 1 on them now. that would not have been possible before with all thge condensatioin. that is over now though. the frigidaire 70 pint aday from lowes has been working awsome. has attachment for waterhose so you dont have to empty. set the digital humidistat for 45% and that was it. i here the low humidity in flower roonm is a plus for trichome development and reduced bud rott issues. i will say my first test ruyn with some dank bud got some budrott towards the end of flowering with the 70 80% humidity.:fire:

e::fire:this is my first time spending time and money on an inside grow op. ive been at it for about 4 months. when i first researched i felt that aero was the way to go and bought acouple rainforest setups, and built some diy stinkbud systems. i will say im fairly inteligent and got very good at remote control helicopters which is very detail oriented. feeling the way i do i felt aero was gonna be no problem. a few months into the aero growing, i descided to do a soil side by side for comparison. the soil was growing way quicker with some fox farm ocean forest and basic ferts. the aero was very sterile and was no doubt gonna be cleaner but i saw no amaizing speed differences, quite the contrary really. i dumped the thousand or so dollars of aero stuff and am going with soil. im totally keeping all the stuff but will wait till i have more time and money to fiddle with the aero. this is in no way slamming aero, just sharing my experience with it. i can guarantee that i will come back and master aero if its the last thing a do. one step at a time though.
happy growing
