600w hps or +400 so i get 1000w hps/mh

hello everyone i wanted to no what you think about this iv got a 1m,1m,2m, grow tent currently using a 600 watt hps and im in the 5th week of veg. Iv still got my old 400 watt hps which has got a mh bulb as well i was goin to put it in there for the last four weeks of flower should i put it in there before if so with which bulb and should i put it in now or just the last four weeks of flower any ideas ???? heres a picture of them in week five.

If you can fit 2 lights in that tent without any heat problems it would be much better than one!!! Using the HPS for flowering is good, but having the MH as well your rocking! If you can hang that MH vertically it would be perfect. They say MH is good for veg and HPS for flowering, but having both is optimal for all of the flowering period.

ya thats good. i run sometimes a 4oowtt mh with my 1000wtt hps. good resuls.

I run a tent with two 600's (5x5x7) and i would have major problems with heat if the hoods where not massivley air cooled.

the more the better, and the conversion will help a lot

im abit confused should i put it in there now while ther still in veg or only when i change 2 flower oh yeah which bulb will be better ????

the mh is good for flowering

The MH is good for vegetating plants, the HPS for flowering. Using both is better, but if you have to do your whole grow with one or the other, use HPS. And your plants, judging by the pics are ready to flower at any time you want. If you want them bigger with more buds, let them go for a bit longer providing you have the room.
