600w mh and hps + 327w LED experiment grow

hi been away a while but as starting a knew experimental grow with mh and hps & added 327w LED`s throughout thought i would create a knew journal especially as LED`s are taking such a bad wrap.so here goes starting with my setup:

1.2 x 1.2 x 1.8 secret jardin grow tent
1 x 250w CLF + 1 x 600w HM + 1 x 600w HPS + 1 x 147w LED UFO + 1 x 180w LED UFO
large rhino carbon filter
6" ruk fan
passive intake
closed air cooler shade
clip on fans
canna terra pro grow medium
root its first feed,green fuse root stimulator,canna bio vega,canna flores (none bio),hammerhead pk 4/10 nutes
ph kit
10 ladies inc. feminised seeds knewest monster THE WIDOW,super iced grapefruit and double berry

ive just germinated the magical beans in kitchen towel with a little warm water mixed with 1ml root its first feed.took about 4 days and all but 1 have popped
i have put them in root it sponges and gently moisting them with the same solution morning and night,temp in propagators about 26c and a splendid 66rh.they are under my 250w CFL for starters

heres some pics tho nothing interesting going on just yet.got the first few heads starting to pop through after just 1 night

Looks good! love mixed spectrum grows. I got some led panels im testin out vs my 600w hps. Just startin that up.

oh just thought id ad aswell that the vegative stage is bio nutes and the flower is going to be chemical nutes just incase that was missed

well this morning has felt a little like christmas as firstly 1 of my 2 LED UFO`s has arrived (180w) and 6 of my little ladies have rooted so i had to repot into 5x6" pots.3 of them actually had about 1cm root showing which is rather rapid in only 1 more night ( im putting the accelarated root growth down to root its first feed and i planted these upside down which contrary to others is the correct way to plant and is usually faster ).i have kept the ones stll yet to show under the 250w cfl and the repotted 6 under the new 180w ufo. heres this morning pics dudes

2 of the seeds were duds and have went to mush inside thr pods.the third was growing sideways so i have had to very carefully re position it n hopefully it will recover nicer.the second UFO has been added now so the cfl has been turned off.will post some pics of the 2 lights soon

overnight there has been a definite 1/2 to 1cm growth think im gona love these led`s lol

nothing really to report yet just waiting for a little bit more growth before i start LST

well i have had to re pot all into the large pots.1 plant is 1 of them deformed ones which usually turn out to be one of the best but ill wait and see heres the new pics

Same thing happened to me! haha.

I had them in solo cups but didnt plant them deep enough and when i tossed em under the LED the leaves grew so fast that they toppled over.

think i will add the 600w mh in about a week or so

well ive just topped 5 of the 6 ladies.the other is lagging behind but im confident it will soon catch the others up.im really impressed with the LEDs upto now.they are producing some very fat leaves which i havent seen before heres todays pics

had a change of mind gona keep using the LEDs and add the MH later on as im extremely happy with the foliage and the growth speed up to this point LEDs WOOOO HOOOOO

hi and thanks smowkie im starting to get pretty amped about how things could go this time over.i usually stick to just the topping but gona get really creative with the LST if i can.so far the LEDs are way better than my previous MH runs i think its that noticable

how many times are you planning on topping? do you supercrop at all or maybe fim? never tried fimming ive always topped with good results.hoping for my biggest ever yield this time hopefully.quality has never been a problem just getting a larger dried weight.
