so heres a journal that is since complete, quite succesfully. the specs are as follows;
600w growlux HPS,
1.2x1.2x2 cheap-ass chinese poison-tent,
various sized pots,
various soil types (cocoa, royal mix, light mix),
future harvest 3 part mix, epsom salts, lemon juice.
and some cheap-ass PH meter that measures in .5's (like 6.5, 7.0, 7.5) aquarium drip test kit.
the grow is finished, but i will be releasing steps of the grow over time, so i can get more data on the setup etc.
the above is the mess i made during setup and also the strange contraption holding the lights together will be referred to as "the rigg" from now on.
here we've got a couple of the little gansta's sticking their heads out, 4 days after being planted. i think they came out within 48 hours. very good response.
the beans i got were 3x afghan kush x skunk, 3 x white russian, and 3 x pineapple chunk, all from demon seeds. the only seed bank i use and trust.
