They aren't ideal but your two cfl's will suffice until your 400 watt'er arrives. I pulled off my first crop with just a few cfl's, harvest was next to nothing but boy was I proud. Anyway, you need to lower your light, pronto! As low as you can without burning the plant. Place your hand at the plant top, if its too hot for you hand its too hot for the plant. Your plant is "stretching", in search of more light. If this continues it could stretch to the point of not being able to support its own weight and fold over on itself. Not good. Something else that will help, as solosmoke mentioned, is a small fan for air circulation. This does two things for you, 1) it will allow you to put your light even closer and 2) it will exercise your stem a bit, making it sturdier and more durable. Place the fan so that the plant just sways slightly, you don't want to give the little thing wind burn. Also there is a sticky at the top of "newbie central" just for you entitled "Replant Those Long Stretchy Stems." After you remedy your stretch problem give it a read. Hope this helps a bit. Any other questions just ask, your in the right spot. Lots of people here with a wealth of knowledge( not me).

PS I'm assuming this is possibly your first grow, I'm also assuming your starting from bagseed. If I'm correct on both of these assumptions, some advice to you. Not sure of your space limitations but your odds of a harvest with one plant is not good. Start a few more seeds while the one is still young. Statistically, some will be male, some will not make it, and the rest could make it to harvest. Do yourself a favor and increase your odds.

Edit: guess your not using bagseed, my bad. Still if you have any bagseeds around I would start them while your making the effort to cultivate
