Great ballast..The Superbay 1.. Its a Quad Tap ballast meaning it will accept 4 differnt types of voltage 120 of course being one of them. I already wired it up for 120v and tested it for about 1hour... its WAY to hot to run in my little 3ftx6ftx8ft closet... It comes with the reflector, prewired power cord, toal of two 400w bulbs, and all mounting hardware... $70 if anyone wants it
