70w HPS or MH vs 104w CFLs vs 70w CAR HID for PC GROW?

Which would you choose?

If you mean car HID as in motor car headlamp bulbs, you will have to check the colour rating.
Then it's a matter of comparing lumens and taking your choice.
Personally I would go with 6400K CFL for veg and add the HPS for flower.

Im using a 150 watt hps and it works really well. Hps light rays penetrates the leaves unlike cfls. My plant is over 4 foot tall and its budding all the way down at the very bottom. i think hps is the best way to go
