This is by far one of the best outdoor grows I've seen in quite a while. Sure, there are other 'good' outdoor grows on here.. but as far as being the best, this once, IMO.. takes the fucking cake.

Well done my friend.. very very well done.

I'll try outdoor grow eventually.. but it won't be until its legalized in my state, or if I end up going back to my home state where its currently legal right now.

You just can't outmatch the sun's power... just can't do it. Especially whenever it comes to growing.. cannabis LOVES to catch rays from the magical sun.

Nice man, just.. fucking incredible!!
Thanks man i appreciate it! But ive seen wayyyyy better outdoor plants than mine

Here I come being all Debbie Downer style... Corn fields = pesticides, usually. Just something to keep in mind for everyone.

For the love of God man, feed those plants some Nitrogen, look at the yellowing fan leaves.

Its a sad thing to see such a beautiful plant let starve like that.
lol dude are you kidding me? look how dark green the rest of that plant is? he simply hasn't cleaned up the leaves that ALL PLANTS NATURALLY YELLOW when they go into flowering.

why do so many people have to run in with such harsh conclusions like this, it's especially harsher when you are wrong.

Another one of those "plants yellow naturally" people...ever seen Fdd or Uncle Bens plants? They dont "yellow naturally" in flower, nor do mine...guess we must be Jedi's or something.
or they pick off all the fan leaves before they take pics ;).

guess we're doing something wrong, especially since I've seen my bud knock people out literally in one hit.

you don't believe that when huge bushes go into bud they thin out their extra fan leaves so they don't congest their buds???? *sigh*

You know why plants "yellow naturally" in flower? Cos 90% of Cannabis Bloom nutes dont have enough N in them...strange coincidence that they all start to yellow once people change their nutes for flowering...
huh strange I gave my plants plenty of grow nutrients WITH my bloom nutrients and they still did that... hmm I wonder.

sorry buddy the bud is still super dank they're not lacking anything, even my buddies 9-10 foot plants do this and give 2-3 inch wide supercrystally lucious buds that fuck you up taste amazing.

so pretty much your advice is not valid at this point because that plant looks perfectly healthy.

Yeah im going to have to take that chance. But i think my area is done with storms for the year. Damn your going to be in 30s already must be way up north! yeah i had to put them in my car to relocate lol. they where in a forest and i had to remove them to my new spot
I'm actually not that far north(42N latitude which is about the same as the CA/OR border), we're just having an early Fall. Yesterday I noticed some rose colored pistils, 2 weeks early for my kush strain in-grounds. Too funny, there is no way in hell I could get away with transporting a plant that size unless I had a box truck or something(way too many 2 legged creatures...lol)...did you put the root ball in burlap or something?. Oh, and I have another question. Did they have tap roots, and if so how deep?. I've always wondered this b/c hardly anyone digs up established in-grounds.

Peace!

That's exactly where the electric company found mine, behind a corn field near power lines. I thought the farmer owned the property when the strip of land was a utility easement. No biggie, was only 2 plants plus I found a better spot in the same general area for next year. This is the time of year I scope out grow spots anyways b/c all trails have been fully established by the dreaded 2 legged creatures and the trees have long filled in their leaves etc. When I first started growing, I use sunny spots near trees in May...by mid-June my sunny spot no longer existed...oops.

Whatever man, just trying to help you out.

Fan leaves yellowing from the bottom to the top indicates N deficiency, but I guess since youre a mod now you just know everything.
all I know is he is quite happy with his way of doing things... I gave mine plenty of N during flowering and they still thinned out their own leaves... and quite simply he doesn't want you in his thread so I cleared out the posts we didn't want to see anyways.

and plus, the WHOLE PLANT looks dark fuckin green. you're gonna seriously say that it has an N deficiency when its dark green and growing fat fuckin buds thinning out 10-15 leaves? jeeze man I can tell you've never grown outdoors on a large scale. that is a huge plant.

Ty pops! Im extremly happy. Hell my plants starting loosing their leaves in veg even when i gave her around 6 tbl spoon of grow big. How is that...

i simply dont know everything nor did i ever claim to know everything. I know what im doing however. And im a mod for the psychedelic section how you can intertwince that with cannabis growing beats the shit out of me!

Ahh so censorship is what the new mods stand for, awesome.

This site just gets better by the day.
nah just going by what the original poster wants.. if you want to start a debate thread about this feel free. but I'm willing to bet all those major outdoor growers that you say don't get yellow fanleaves merely keep up on picking them out before they take pictures....

I started a thread in the advanced section entitled rose colored pistils, was too loaded down yesterday to take the digital in. The site is a bitch to get into...25 yards of nothing but thorn. I have to use gloves just to get in there, which was why I chose the spot.

Sorry I thought the mods didn't like the spread of false information? Pity now they're actually helping to spread it.

I'll leave you with a quote from the great Uncle Ben...he's got his name as a contributor the Jorge Cervantes Indoor/Outdoor Medicinal Grow Bible,so believe him,not me.

"Popular thought says that's the way they are supposed to look, but most times in cannabis forums, "popular" is nothing short of pure bullshit. *Folks use the ruse of yellowing leaves as *a cover up for not understanding plant culture.....not having the experience and/or knowledge to be able to retain a lot of healthy foliage until harvest.

It's not the leaves dropping off that determines the prime time to harvest, it's several factors including the rate of new calyx/pistil development, bulkiness of the colas, color of the resin heads, etc. *Bottom line - keep the leaves green until harvest and have as much foliage going into the flowering response as you can. *It's the leaves that will drive bud production.

Time to think outside of the box. *Welcome to the Uncle Ben No Spin Zone. *"
None of us in this topic want to here this. Poplar said go start a debate thread. I really hope you get a infraction for continual trolling
