750w Budget Grow Worth It?

Hello peeps,

I'll try to keep it short - I have the opportunity to start up a grow with a friend. We're on a budget, so I found someone who's getting rid of some equipment for a good price. They want $60 each for newish 750w lumatek ballasts with XXL hood. They have 6, so that would be $360 bucks. I have all other equipment needed, I'm just trying to come to this decision if I should do one run with 750w and upgrade to 1000w later. Or should I keep looking and pay for the 1000w setup.

Go with the 750 if your on a budget cole the price of growing the plants going is going to be expensive .. Electric,food dehumidifier, but that's up to you buddy. you can get good really good yields under 750w I use 600 w and produce great yields and potency a few pics to give you an idea ..

The 750 is 240volt right? You got that available or are you adding it?

A picture speaks 1000 words, looks great man. How much do you think I could save growing 4500 watts opposed to 6000?
- Also I really would like to grow a sealed room and get a split A/C. I'm growing in an area that easily hits 100 during the summer so I don't want to vent drawing in that hot air

Yeah 240v is set up.
I'm going to epoxy the floor, put in three 4' x 8' table (and still have room to navigate the room), PVC to scrog etc.

Ohh your going big okay I run 2 600w and 350w vedge light that's 1550w my bill will be around what you will save .. I'm from the uk and it costs me around £50-60 a week in not sure about the big aircon units sorry

But bigger lights means bigger yields and potency but them 1000 w put out some heat and cost alot to buy and run id personally go for the 750 as its a good deal and less juice and funds taken until u can hit those targets.. Good luck man
