750w DE or 1000w SE HPS

2 quick questions.

Are the Gavita or Phantom 750w DE better than the 1000w SE. Yield wise ?

Also is Gavita and Phantom the only ones that make 750w DE.

It depends on your ceiling height
I would go with the 750 myself.

My ceiling height is 8' . I know 10 is recommended but I know a guy running 1000w DE on 8' and pulling over 2 per light. . Do you think the 750de would be better than the 1000se?

I run hps and metal halide my self
Either would do you good
I would do the 750 myself
Get another one after your first harvest if you feel the need

I just got a 750 de, a lot more efficient than the 1000 se but I doubt you'll get anymore yield because of the wattage difference
