7ft x 7ft x 4.5ft Grow Space in Attic

Hi there, I have a 7ft (w) by 7ft (l) x 4.5ft (h) grow room in the attic, The height measurement is at the tallest part of the room.

I have built 150mm thick walls and insulated them with rock wool. Insulated the roof with polystyrene boards and anti-detection foil and the the boards have been wrapped in black and white reflective sheeting.

The empty room is now complete with 6" ducting installed but I am yet to purchase equipment so I would like a few recommendations.

I plan to use 2 x 600w cooltubes, 150mm Centrifugal Fan and Carbon Filter using Coco as my growing medium.

I understand the techniques of ScrOG, SOG and LST and did consider growing 10 Indica plants and LST if needs be.

What would you do?

I would do SOG or LST myself. SOG - If your using seeds put them on 18/6 for a week and change straight to 12/12. Or the same with clones. LST - Is easy. Nice space, Clean and sussed. From what i can see... It may be hard to LST 10 plants up there but considering its Indica you could pull it off.

if your in the uk you will need a small thermostatic blow heater or oil filled radiator, for lights of it gets proper cold in the attic this time of year.

I agree with the SOG but I don't really want alot of plants, maximum of ten plants in there under 1200w of light although I know the full cycle will take longer. I have seen some strains that grow to 70cm. Phatt Fruity is one that I have been looking at. Would you recommend growing something like this and LST if necessary?

What lights would you use?

if i was you i would go for a hydro grow i grew in my loft watering by hand and it a pain in the arse. look at this hydro set up






this is a 20 plant set up, you could use 2 of these with sog and use 2 600w hps. this would give you 40 plants in a small space and could probably yield at least 1oz per plant.
