8 weeks in flowering - advice needed

Hi!
I have been 8 weeks in flowering now.
I did have few problems during my grow - 2 or 3 nuteburns and some pH fluctuation so they might be little retarded

Ok.
4 days ago I have cleaned my res and filled it up with fresh demineralised water.
I have put the bloom nutes away and added some GHE RIPEN so the EC has reached 1,6 (ppm=1120).
Plants never accepted nutes above EC=1,5 throughou the grow - everything above 1,5 caused plants to burn...
I think I could be little late with RIPEN as this is end of 8th week already.

I have ordered some flushing agent from ADVANCD NUTRIENTS - FINAL PHASE which I am planning to use after I finish RIPEN.

The question is:
How many more days to go feeding them RIPEN ?
When to switch for FINAL PHASE flushing agent?
How long to run on FINAL PHASE?
WHEN TO HARVEST????

stop nutes on the last week give them final flush only and flush all the minerals out. Rippen is nice and you can use that along with final flush. i would leave out rippen and just flush for 10 days in total. so you cut during the first few days of week 10 or at the end of week 9. if your in hydro change out your water every day. in soil give them 3 times the amount of water to the size of your potfor 7 to 10 days make sure you watch the cristals with a scope for the next week. FLush flush flush get the nutes out now most important....

your light was way too close, veg less start flowering earlier next time. ph fluctuation sucks bally might not want to smoke one before you mix your nutes... trust me been there done that.

The taller plant is 120 cm high!
I am doing another seedling of MOUNT COOK under 26W CFL now.

I am planning to veg it a little bit and then top it.
It would be perfect if I could top it (let's say cutting off 3 top nodes) and use this nodes for clones..

Doing that I should have a mother that should grow low and bushy and 4 other clones...
My hydro setup has slots for 5 plants and this is the basic idea.

I am also planning to try not to grow them that tall this time - I just want to give them 2 weeks in veg and swith to flowering.
I am thinking of doing SOG or SCROG.

I'll keep you updated with this grow of mine... Hope I can flush it and smoke it soon
