8x4 room - Frame + Drywall = complete.

Alrighty. Ive been talking about building a room for quite some time now. Well I finally did it.

It took awhile to get the lumber as it was free and I got it when it was available. I bought about 60$ worth of drywall and about 30$ worth of insulation.
