90 degrees and no vent?

my project that im building is suppose to be a hide n grow op so all i have for space is a pretty decent size burrow/tv stand w.e u wanna call it where the top opens and its sealed off everywheres else, i thought it would be perfect because my radio is on top of there and no1 would ever look there and its plain white so the reflection would be good but the only thing is i cant make a huge hole on the side (because it would be noticable) and when i tested the lights in there for 3 hrs it got up to 90 degrees without ventillation, i guess my question here is is it possible to grow even shitty weed with no vent at 90 degrees?

thanks for all the feedback:roll:

what about making hole (s) in the back that is against the wall, just pull it away a little and put the quietest fans your could find. they dont have to be big or expensive, like some quiet computer fans. put the fans at the top of the box and just make some holes at the bottom of the box to bring in the cool air.

thanks for the feedback  i just want to keep the drilling holes to a minimum but if no1 else has any ideas i think a may drill like 3 1 inch holes in the back and put a wicked small fan like u said but i don't know

well 3 1 inch holes isnt gonna do shit. go to the hardware store and get a 2-3 inch hole saw, then go to a computer store like frys and get some cheap quiet fans
one 2" hole is like having 4 1" holes, so i would definitely get some larger holes going on.

well no1 still answered my question, i wanna know if its possible to grow without ventalation at 90 degrees cus i don't really wanna put holes in a nice burrow like that if you know what i mean:neutral:

yeah i know what you mean, 90 is too hot. if you go with some co2 however they will probably be okay, look for some threads on using co2 and you can see that the tolerated temps and about 10-15* higher

oh thats sweet because i have a 2 liter pepsi bottle that i was gonna use to make c02 in with yeast and stuff so this would work with no vent needed at 90 degrees?

Over 86 degrees (at the roots) photosynthesis starts to shut down

How many watts you got in there?

Maybe pickup a cheap wardrobe at target?

my grow box always went up to 100 in the day but not i have it at 76F in the day because of a fan and leaving the door cracked, but in 90 they could live but it might not be that good...at least put one fan or seperate the light from the rest, with glass or something idk lol

You CAN grow at 90, but everyone is trying to help by not really saying that. You shouldn't if you can do anything about it. A buddy of mine did an attic grow that got up to 90, and he had heat stress, a few hermies, and he said his yeild was less than after he put proper vents in.
The only problem I see with cutting a bunch of holes in the box just for vent, is going to allow light leaks. Even if it's at the back you will see it. Is there anything lifting the inside of the box at the bottom? you know like a "crawl space" if you will, under the box? If you do, or can think of a way to prop it up on the inside, like buy or build a little box to set on the bottomw to rais it, you can cut holes in the bottom and blow air out underneath, with a fan, and although it isn't the optimal location, it still may pull a few degrees out of your box and not have light holes in the back shining on the wall or letting light in when you are in flower.
if you want me to explain what I mean by that whole thing, pm me and I will try and be a little less vague if you need it.
