Hey rollitupers Ive been on the site for awhile now and have had a number of succesfull grows but now im entering a new territory. Led's i have never used them. I usually use my 400 watt hps or mh to veg and a 1000 to flower or 2000 watts hps to flower. I had a friend call me a few days ago that had a deal for me he said. He went on to explain that his cousin has been growing for 2 months but he got his 4th DUI a felony so he lost his chance to grow and his card for atleast 5 years. Anyway he bought like 3 grand worth of shit that he was using to grow and wanted to get rid of it all for 300 bucks. At first i was skeptical until he sent me some pictures. The whole deal included 3 ufo 90 watt superbloom leds, 3 t5 setups all were the 4 ft length t5s with multiple bulbs ( 4x2 6 bulb) (4x3 10 bulb) and a (4x4 16 bulb), So 3 nice t5 set ups from hydro farm there are two and the big t5 is the bad boy t5 set up, also included was a molgul socket for the big cfls with a brand new 250 watt cfl 6500k, there was some other small stuff like a clone heating mat, an adjustable hood for the mogul cfl, like 3 bags unopend of Roots Org. 1 bag ffof, and some fox farm nutes i wont use as i grow all organic with the supersoil from now on. But i know this is a good deal for all that shit for 3 bills all of the stuff less than 90 days old and all under warranty with reciepts. I did contemplate taking it all back and gettting cash back but the guy paid with his credit card so any refund would go to his credit card damnit. My question tho is with the ufos 90 watt ones how far above the plant do they need to be and how good are they. Do you get a respectable harvest from one or two of them. I was thinking of trying just one plant under one I really dont see myself flowering too many plants under any of the stuff. I will use the t5s and what not too veg my plants big then put them under the 1000. So any info or pics that have grown using these particular Leds and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
