911 anybody!!!!! lights help!!! power serge

ok so i just got a power serg at midnite pt standardtime...... heres my problem!! i'm in week4 of flowering and the lights turned off from the serge........ ok do i keep the lights off or let the ballasts cool down and turn them back on at 2am so the girls get the rest of 4 hours of sunshine?

May as well kep it off till the next light on period, but I'm sure nothing would happen if you just resumed from where she left off and finished up the current light on period.
