The first three pics are the Tangerine Dream. It still had about 4-6 weeks on it before I cut it down but I could stand it no longer. I was gonna make some ice wax out of it or use it for me tea but I am not sure if it will be worth it. The forth pic is the LSD. The thing smells fantastic and is a good producer. The last pic is the LSD, Lib Haze, and Black Russian. They got out of hand but will produce an ok harvest. I am excited to grow these over and get a handle on them early. The smell coming from this tent in incredible and I can not wait to try all three of these flavors.

It didn't hit me until later that you will be harvesting on a full moon? Everything I know about using the moon is: you plant during a new moon phase and harvest on a waning moon cycle. So, IMO, you should wait like maybe 3-5 days (at least) after the full moon which is neither

I saw this in one of your threads but I just couldn't resist. I should have harvested a few days prior to the full moon cause they went just a bit too long. I still had the hopeless romantic idea that the full moon calls the terpens and tric's to reach for the stars. None the less it did effect the harvest a bit but looked so pretty.

Hey, great looking plants boss well done.. Anything that takes 4-6 weeks longer than the rest of your harvest is total BS and I would complain.. But maybe it was a bad seed.. Any ways very nice job those are some full tents/plants

Well I decided to go ahead and harvest the other plants over the weekend. The Lib Haze was starting to act up a bit so I decided to hack her down. The LSD and Black Russian were both ready to go too so I made a day of it. 006.jpg009.jpg010.jpg011.jpg012.jpg013.jpg

Needless to say I let these get way out of control. They stretched more than any other plants I have grown and that threw my game off. I super cropped the heck out of them and some of the branches never rebounded from all the stress. All in all it was a very good yield. The Black Russian is heavy while the Lib and LSD just have some fantastic nugs. I can not wait to taste these three flavors. They are all keepers in my book and I am gonna try to control the stretch next run.

As far as the Blue Pyramid and AK/Yum go it's about 3 weeks into cure. I have jarred them up and they are starting to come in to it. They still need a few weeks to cure but for right now I might not run the Blue Pyramid again. I have a good clone going now and am getting ready to flower it but this may be it's last run. Might not be the Blue for me. It grows great. The yield is just fine. Just not crazy about the smell, flavor, or medicinal properties. The AK is another story... it's staying. Such a good plant. Easy grower. Takes topping well. Has the medicinal properties I like.

I have been looking over some older photos of grows this past season and came across my Galaxy run. I thought I lost the pics but am glad to have found them because they were some pretty plants. Here are a few of the pics. The purple was just incredible. I would grow this over the Blue Pyramid any day.070.jpg114.jpg074.jpg101.jpg106.jpg

I have decided to cut the veg short this run. The two plants on the right are the AK/YUM and the one on the left is the Blue Pyramid. I harvested both plants just about 4 weeks ago and they have been in a jar for the past three. I am close to giving a full smoke report on both strains. As of right now the AK is a good strain but I have lost faith in the Blue Pyramid. I don't like the ways it grows nor do I like the smell. It grows a bit wild for me and is tough to tame. I like to super crop and this thing does not.

I have combined the A-135 and the A-240 in a 3x3 tent this run to see what happens. The last run had the A-240 and the A-90. I am curious to see what the extra wattage will do.

I also have a few Blue Pyramid and AK/Yums outdoors and might include those in the journals. So far the outdoor season has been incredible in my region compared to last year.

Does anyone have experience with Ace? I am still itching for a good sativa and he has a few flavors that caught my attention. I am not against a 14-16 week flower if the end justifies the wait.

Thanks again for following this journal and the kind words. The past month has been incredibly hectic but I am starting to have some free time again and getting back into the swing of things.

Look into Eskobar Seeds. His Chocolate Rain is very special and his Lady Cane F3 has a green apple pheno that is a keeper all day.

I have been searching for the last 3 years for a chocolate. The Chocolate Blue and the Chocolate rain sound very interesting. Thanks for the recommendation. I think I will give them a shot once they get back in stock.

Things seem to be under control and the dog days are coming on pretty fast. This seasons outdoor doesn't even compare to last year. Temps have been very moderate around here and I am hopeful that this years crop will be fantastic.

As far as the indoor is concerned things are going ok. The temps are a bit of a concern but the girls don't seem to mind. If the flower tent is all sealed up then it's not uncommon to see 100's. Upper 90's for sure. Seems like with the door open I can get down to mid 80's and resting temps aren't much lower than that. Of course I have more power in the tent than I ever have so the high temps are to be expected.

My veg tent is about to get thinned out. I have a bunch of AK/Yum clones that are gonna go outside along with almost everything else you see. The biggest plant in veg is the Black Russian. It will probably go outside too. I have it in a One gallon smart pot. I have tried the Super Roots Air Pots and the Smart pots. In my opinion there is really no comparison. The smart pots give me much better results. I can grow a bigger plant in a one gallon smart pot than I can in a three gallon air pot. Anyone else have similar experience? Plants in Roots pots seem to stay thin and grow slow where the Air pots fill out and grow quicker. The one gallon makes a real easy transplant into the five gal too.

I think this will be the last run for the Blue Pyramid. Just not a fan at all. Don't like how it grows, smells, or smokes. I like Pyramid and the BP is a solid plant but it's not for me. That Icy Hot smell continues to the smoke and it's a cool (menthol) sensation when inhaled.

I am very excited about the fall and winter. Thanks for the heads up El Tiberon. I have packs of the Choc Rain, Lady Cane, Herijuana, and Extrema on their way. Very very anxious to play around with these gals.

I have grown all of them. I found a platinum Extrema in 2010 in Mexico. The Herijuana I grew made me lost a week of time. I started smoking it and came to a week later with a half-burned joint in my hand.

Hell yeah. That's the experience I want. I tried Herijuana from a CO dispensary in 2010 and it wasn't very good. Mass produced. Very poorly dried. No cure. But after doing some research and reading others opinions such as yours I am very excited to give it another go. I really like the vibe from Sannies too. Anyone that promotes Bio-Char is ok in my book.

Holy Crap!

I can barely handle a pinky finger nail's amount of my BrandX WHx

First I get woozie, after 20- 60 min a nice 2hr+ ride.

I harvested 2 Tangerine Dreams the first week of June and the Pheno I have is INCREDIBLE! She Flowered like a Queen! She will definitely continue in My garden! Time to start cutting the Has-Been's... but which ones? Dang, it is getting harder and harder to cut strains... I LOVE them ALL!

Congrats on finding a good Tangerine Dream. You should buy a lottery ticket. A friend of mine in the foot hills has an incredible pheno that got me started on the whole TD kick. It smelled and tasted just like the stuff I use to smoke back in early 90's. I still have some TD beans and may give it a go another time but I will enjoy the hash for right now and call it good.

Hey guys. After a great outdoor season fall is here and time to get the indoor going again. I hope everyone had a great summer. I know I am looking forward to a great winter... let's hope mother nature cooperates.

Here is a pic of my veg tent that I am just now turning to 12/12. I am down to LSD and Black Russian. I wish I would have kept my Doctors going cause I think they are just as good as the LSD.

DSCF3803.jpg Hey guys. Sorry the updates have been slow. Things are still a bit hectic but will slow down soon. The girls are coming along very nice. I am changing my opinion of the LSD. As long as you have the right pheno and limit the veg she is manageable.

I have 2 Extrema's that are over 8 weeks old and are coming along very s l o w. I will have another run of LSD and Black Russian from cuts to finish before I start to flower the Extrema's at this point.

These are 4 plants. 2 LSD and 2 Black Russian. The left are Ellis Dee's. The back 2 are in 5 gallon smart pots and the front are in 3 gallon smart pots. The soil this run is Ocean Forest and Pro-mix with Marine Cuisine as my fert.

The back light is the A-51 220 and the front light is the A-51 135.

Ok ok. I may have been pre-mature with my not-so-good report of LSD. I think I found a good pheno that I am happy with. The stretch has been minimal and the growth has been fast. This is after week 3.

I am very happy with the A51 - 220 and would be willing to trade my 135 and 90 for a 220 if anyone is interested.
