I know its not the right way to do it but I am on Adderall (got an actual Rx for it). I take in about 1000 calories a day because I just don't eat (most humans need 2000 calories just to sustain bodily functions, so I am burning 1000 calories a day just being alive).

I have taken it in the past and my prediction is that I will be back down to 160 by Christmas. As much as I don't want to I am going to swear off weed till then. This stuff also makes me look at food as fuel and not as something to enjoy anymore. So turning down a big bacon cheese burger for a salad is a lot easier now. I am slowly transitioning all the food in my house to be healthy, turkey bacon, no soda, almost no beef, mostly chicken and pork.

To be honest lifting weights doesn't help much, I mean i was around 230 when i decided enough was enough. I began lifting weights everyday or every other day for atleast half an hour a day. About 5 months later i lost maybe 20 pounds of fat and gained a couple pounds of muscle. I mean everyone around me knows ive lost weight they've even mentioned it. But im still a pretty big dude except im a bit buff instead of flab now which is good.

What im trying to say is just walk around your neighborhood for atleast half and hour atleast 6 days a week or everyday if you can. Eventually you're stamina is gonna increase and you'll be able to jog around the neighborhood sooner than you think. Avoid lifting weights if you just wanna lose weight, But i do suggest doing a couple pushups every other day. Having some muscle on your body increases your metabolism

LEGIT !
this is the kind of motivation i'll need during my course.
any other things you can throw in? avoid eating; eat mostly ; etc.
Throw in a couple of example.
and a close estimate of whats a decent weightloss avg. for about 5 months? if i continue the course of jogging / cardio and throw in a couple of workouts to it. I weight about 195? i know it may seem less, but im real big and its nasty looking. =[

Again, the goal is to take in less calories than you normally do so your body is forced to use its reserves of calories (fat). A good baseline is 2000 calories a day and for every activity you do you burn calories and can eat more.

I'd agree with this, I mean i still smoke but i try eating a small snack or something before smoking. After im done smoking and i get the munchies i make sure i have some fruit to pick at, Watermelon, Pineapple, or even some cereal etc. If your really determined stop drinking soda. Im not sure if it helps much i doubt its helped me but i dont drink soda or anything that seems overly sugared. All i drink is water, milk, gatorade, and vitamin water i mean it might seem kinda hard to pull off but it gets easier as time goes on. I havent eaten a burger in almost a month and i dont miss them too much. Just work out regularly, try to cut back on junk food and most importantly DO NOT OVER EAT. And im positive you'll notice a difference in about a month or 2.

No doubt BongJuice. This is in fact the fountain of youth. With your resistance training you definitely need to add cardio. Cardio is whats going to get the weight off. Trust me I know, used to be 245lbs and pretty lazy. Now hanging around 170 and unless I'm sleeping or on the computer always moving. Best move I made was going back to the gym. Good Luck. If I can do it anyone can. Really.

Look for food with a lot of protein, and little fat. Fish and chicken are great.

What im planning to do, is at least jog every night, eat healthy. What is the most important meal of the day btw?

Breakfast without a doubt, have a good breakfast every morning before doing anything else. Getting some food in your stomach in the morning is good for energy throughout the day and it will get your metabolism going.
