With DLS over the weekend. I mucked up my timer so the lights never came on this morning. Would there be any ill-effects after leaving them dark for nearly a day in week 3 of flower?

I imagine you're fine. I think it would be worse if you're lights hadn't turned OFF.

Everything seems OK... The only change is that there was not nearly as much top off water needed.
