a dry girl and one with a little rot

Hey everyone, its been a while. I have a few problems and want to know if things will be ok and if maybe there is a few other things I can do to help. Well anyway, one of my girls got very very dry because im growing in a new spot and had my light too high up at 750 watts and noticed a little late to turn it down. So it dried out the bud and the fan leaves im at week 5 of flowering out of 9 and I clipped off all the dry fan leaves and other dead leaves and gave her a good waterting with some flowering nutes she is looking a little better since yesterday but still very brittle bud wondering if she will go back to normal in the next 4 weeks and if there is anything elese I can do other then trim off weak branches and leaves that take away from energy/nutes to the actual bud growth and my other girl had a very little bud rot but cut it off yesterday while I was working on the other this is the first real problem ive in about 12 grows... so just wondering if my girls will go back to healthy reg sticky bud growth in the next 4 weeks of flowering thank you for your time and help in advance

If me, I wouldn't clip off anything that is not dead, I had some bad damage to a lot of my fan leaves on one plant, but it kept them for another week or so before they actually got dead enough to come off in my hand with a gentle tug.
Be patient, she will try to recover.

bud production also seems to be slowing down alot as well....
