A Few Question's

Topped one of my plants 3 days ago, first time I've tried this. Where am I expecting new shoots, and how long does she usually take to realizes she has to do this?

I had a couple mothers still indoors, which have now started to only sprout 3-leaved-leaves. And I've notived that my clones(outdoors) are only shooting off 3-leaved-leaves as well, shouldn't there always be at least 5 or 7?
Did I take my clones to early, and is my indoor mother not getting enough light to sprout the 5/7s?

If leaves start to go a pale green, and the fan leaves die off one by one from the bottom up, what does this mean?. I recently gave it some nutes in a 7-1-2 ratio hoping this will help things out.

Thanks for input

By topping im assuming you mean took the top growing cluster off, this doesnt really give you "new" shoots what it does is allow the closest two to the top to grow into colas so you have 2 tops rather than 1, and most likely let the next 2 to develop more also. They will come along soon. When your plant yellows from bottom to top, its using stored nutrients to get to the top growth because it wasnt getting enough.

Cool man, thanks for those facts. Yes, took off the growing cluster, I was expecting new ones, didn't know the lower two just changed.

Any input on the case of on 3 "jags" to the leaves on my mother.

I feel like this happened : She grew too large and the light I have wasn't sufficient to keep her rippin' out the 5 and 7 leaves?
and it's not just the top leaves, it's the new leaves on the branches aswell and the clones off her.
