a letter from the state of michican that said....

Information could not be verified by doctor!
Anyone get this letter when submitting application??

It might help if you told people what it is you're talking about. Also, where is michican? I know there's a Michigan in the US.

He's talking about his Medical Marijuana Card.

You might want to send written documentation from your physician advising that you "might benefit from the medical use of marijuana."
That might be the reason your application was shut down.

The written documentation...I thought would be application filled out correctly by the doctor and myself just like every other application that i reviewed before i sent it!
The office was not thcf!

not sure what you mean there...


but anyway, i'm in Michigan too and am in the process of getting my card. as long as you filled out the application correctly and your doctor filled out the physician certification form correctly then you should have been approved. if you search you'll see that almost all applicants that were denied was because of errors in paperwork or they didn't have a qualifying disease. you or the doctor must have made an error somewhere. i would make some phone calls if i were you. good luck.
