A light left on during night cycle

So I went into my flower room today
And much to my dismay( accidental but im going with it)
I had left a light bulb on.
A 23 watt incandescent normal light fixture. It sets in the ceiling about a foot above my hid.
I for some unknown reason plugged it in last night then forgot and wemt to bed.
Then went to work.
Then got home and saw I had that bulb going still.
And my girls are damn near dying from the thirst also!
I unscrewed the bulb so it won't happen again.
Will 1 interrupted night cycle cause me issues?
I'm around day 46 of flower

I'm worried about her turning hermie
Would just the 1 time cause that or am I good to go as long as i don't do something that dumb again?

Just keep going and find out. Once I bumped a timer and didn't know it. Lights were running at 8.5 on off for 2 then 3 back on. 1 plant but it still flowered fine. Not sure how long it was running that way but maybe as long as 3 weeks. Didn't hermie or anything. I just had it behind a tarp rigged up in the corner of the basement haha. Some mango smelling/tasting sativa bagseed.
Others throw a bunch of bananas in almost perfect conditions. Life tries to find a way to go on and all that.
Just keep a close eye on them.

Some strains are more sensitive than others, but chances are excellent that you'll be fine. I can't tell you how many failed timers and stupid mistakes I have went through. Always works out fine. In any case, the only course of action is to get back on schedule.

Most likely, this incident has caused far more stress to you than it has your plants.

It’s like when thick ass clouds roll in near harvest outside and block the sun.

Your hours of light didn’t rise; you should be fine. When u give it more hours of light is when I have had herm problems.

Edit: especially one day, unless ur plants are stressed already. I go dark for 24hrs on some strains to kick start flower harder. Never had any hermies from it.
