None of which addresses what I have said.

That bridge to nowhere, that she is obviously opposing?

I am sure that this

223 million dollar federally funded road to the "opposed" bridge, was an oversight. It would have to be wouldn't it? I mean she clearly said she opposed it... why would she have a road built with federal money to link a bridge she opposes? Sure it was only after others killed the pork bill and she was going to have to pay for it with Alaska money... but this is the exact reason she opposes such wasteful expenditures. I bet someone lost their job over this...

Beautiful culdesac at the end of this road... to nowhere. Yes. Stellar record. Federal investigation first few months of office which found her guilty of abuse of power. Stellar. Unable to complete her first term. Stellar.

Well that is just simply untrue. Do me a favor... don't help. I am doing fine.

She didn't build the road. She came in and killed the project. If you don't spend fed dollars they don't come back as something else. One of the many problems with the FED.

Palin is a PRODUCER. She hasn't run her state into the ground. She understands what it takes for business to thrive.

Obama's cure is to accelerate the problem but time the fruition of breakdown out long after he is gone.

Everyone runs around telling everyone else how smart Obama is. When you try and actually verify these statements, all you are met with is ACCESS DENIED. Ciollege records, admission forms, papers written, all denied, or ...lost. His entire past has been "lost".

Obama is carrying out his socialist teachings.....overload the system until it snaps.

She didn't build the road.
Yes, yes she did. She signed the contract. She could have halted construction of that road at any time, and due to the death of the bridge, re-allocated that money to fixing existing roads. No sir... she had that road built... because she wanted that bridge built... till she had to pay for it.

She came in and killed the project. If you don't spend fed dollars they don't come back as something else.
Congress killed the project. She green lighted the project. She still took the money and had the road built. Once we were no longer paying for it, THEN she stopped supporting it.

ADN - Would you continue state funding for the proposed Knik Arm and Gravina Island bridges?

Palin - Yes. I would like to see Alaska's infrastructure projects built sooner rather than later. The window is now--while our congressional delegation is in a strong position to assist.

She made it a campaign position. It is all very well documented. She didn't oppose the bridge until it became a national laughing stock. McCain himself used it as a perfect example of wasteful earmark spending... so they cut the money to it. THEN she said oh... no thanks.

You betcha.

But you just care about her record right... results, right? As memory serves you referred to this as a "biggie".

Is it still a "biggy"? Or does it now somehow carry less weight?

Palin is ultimately a conniving hypocrite. She also said she would reject Obama's stimulus money, but when it came to putting her money where her mouth is, she fell short - and she accepted the money. What a hypocrite...

It was not her bill.

On June 12, 2003, Keith Ashdown of Taxpayers for Common Sense, an advocacy group that tracks federal spending, issued a news release awarding a "Golden Fleece" to Rep. Don Young, the Alaska Republican who sponsored the bridge. The AP even wrote a story about it.

As for Palin ending the project. Gosh, what was she thinking? She was being fiscally responsible.... the horror!
A congressional committee directed the $225 million earmarked for the Gravina Island bridge to the Alaska Department of Transportation. So Alaska would keep the money, but it would no longer be tied to the Bridge to Nowhere. Alaska could decide how to spend the money as it saw fit. But with the estimated cost of the bridge rising sharply, and amid the reality that more federal dollars were not forthcoming, Gov. Sarah Palin officially killed the project on Sept. 21, 2007.

Sounds like she knows exactly how things work and what can get done and what cannot.

I noticed you have only focused on the Bridge to Nowhere. One of better moments as I have shown.

Next!

"Many just accept that lame duck status, and they hit that road. They draw a paycheck. They kind of milk it. And I'm not going to put Alaskans through that," she said.

How about she just does her fucking job? I mean... either she thinks the Lt. Governor can do it better... or she just doesn't wanna deal with the scrutiny anymore. Either way, out of her league. Not presidential material... couldn't even finish her first term.

Alaska has been succling the govt teat for decades. I will getcha some numbers.

Lastly I found this quote... and I just had to share. "When, earlier today, Sarah expressed a desire for more "Trigs" in the world, I could not have agreed more, because Down syndrome is just too cute to be reserved for 1 in 800 births."

God that is insensitive and funny. Probably lost for humor on you...

You will also notice I go one thing at a time. I like sharing too. I notice that you are intellectually dishonest. Sharing is caring.

That entire paragraph up there is a distraction from the fact that Palin supported that bridge and road until, out of embarrassment, the fed cut funding.

Once dumped she is the chick that says "I'm leaving you...".

Do you deny any of the following:

1. Sarah Palin supported the bridge before funding was cut.

2. The project was a national embarrassment.

3. Once funding was cut, Palin said "no way".

If so please evidence and address those things only please.
