Totally agree. I think a lot of folks start growing mj in hydro and get caught up in the precision aspect of hydro. They then struggle with the loose structure of soil growing. I know that happened to me when I first decided to go organic. Luckily I learned my lessons from veggies grown under the sun. Even with hydro, just because you can control everything to the nth degree doesn't mean you should. Sometimes you gotta loosen up and let it ride. I've killed more plants trying to "optimize" my grow than I have by sitting back and letting the situation stabilize before trying to take corrective action.

I'm finding it useful to gradually work into supersoil . By ammending my soil heavier each time I pot a new plant .
There are different soils that work fine . I think people go nuts over the "exact " ingrediants . Brand is just a preferance . Then just start toying with the basics ,guanos, kelp meal and such .Then move up to adding your meals for NPK at some point you will find the "sweet spot " and there you go Super Soil that you used your own effort to make and develop that works for "YOU" .

I'm personally at the point where I'm going to start the meals and look at stopping liquid nutes other than Liquid Karma and molassas. PEACE !

I agree. This last run I grew the best I have as far as resin and bag apeal for the strains I am growing ( Blueberry and bluecheeze last runs). I have found that that liquid organic tea called budswell used aling with molassas and some sweet just teased out the resins really well. Though in really moderate amounts. I will try to do the budswell at day 10 and day 32 with mild blackstrap 2 or 3 times. I dont know about useing sweet ....Im trying to be 100% organic this run....but I think alot of sweet. Its not just watered down sugars and did really improve the trichromes.

Some Bluecheese from last grow. I cant help it....I wait for the chance to share bud porn when its from my own grow...just like a proud daddy....what with all the nurturing and care required. With this being my first supersoil grow that I am on now....the suspense if just killing me to be at day 35 or so so I can see where they will be. Man they sure look good at day what..5 today.
