hey i recently had to take my beautiful juicyfruit bush out of my grow tent 18/6 400W MH and placed it under three 4 ft. flouresents 24/0 and within 3 days i had pistil's, is this because the low ammount of lumins i have subjected her to
its freakin me out because i know they are not sposed to flower when the photoperiod is changed to 24 hours of light
is this just an adjustment she is making
and will she come back to veg mode if i just leave her there
or should i try to get more lights on her

Depending on the plants age, and regardless of light schedule, most plants will put out preflowers. Most likely that is all you are seeing and all is well.

she was not in the tent at the time
the plant was origanally a clone that had been totally dried up and i was able to revive it and it came back with a drop of "super thrive" and now is being fed "organic fusion" by "grotek" in soil that that i originally prepared the ph level at 6.8 and her age from the near death 4 inches tall at the end of august and now she is about 1.5 ft. wide and 1 foot tall very healthy not a speck on her .....thanks so much for your time guys

Yeah if they are actual pistils then it is just preflowers, and it will do it good to keep under the 24 hours of light, because it will keep vegging. Try not to change light type/schedules anymore because it can severely stress your plants.

not trying to take over here but it seems you know what your talking about and i tried asking this question b4.
i have heard when switching from 24/0 to 18/6 there was a growth spurt that the plants experienced, you are saying switching is stressfull, whats you oppinion about that and what lighting cycle do you recomend for vegg under t5 lighting (my grow is the 96 watt fluro, in this forum)
