A Theory Who True Is It?

That when you cut clones from a plant and then put the mother plant into flower, it will mature and flower faster than the plants I didn't take cuttings from?

So if you want a plant to flower faster and you don't want to do clones (why not though I don't know...) you can clip a couple of the bottom branches in

veg. to help her flower faster and taller and bigger buds?

So it's only the genetics when you take cuttings from 2 plants they grow bigger and mature faster than the other 6?

Whatever ya wanna think. :D

at the most, it would beable to transfer more of it's energy to the rest of the plant. but any cuttings you take, are going to take a bud away.

When healthy tissue, leaves or branches, are removed from a healthy plant the plant will attempt to replace them somewhere on the plant, so, as you called it, "energy," would not be transferred to other growing plant matter or buds. It would go to replace what was lost, and depending on what was removed and where it was removed it might result in more new growth than what was lost, like when you top and depending on how you top you will end up with 2 to 4 new main leaders (main stems) resulting in multiple colas rather than one.

The "energy" transference by removing healthy plant matter/tissue/leaves/branches from a healthy plant thing is a myth.

I don't believe you are entirely mistaken...
Though I doubt you could cause plants to flower/ripen sooner (unless by way of stress which would hurt yield).
What you might experience is larger buds as a consequence of less budding tips. (kind of how people trim some plants to encourage larger fruit/flowers by allowing the plant to focus more resources on them)
I have personally removed entire lower branches at the main stem to encourage this behavior (besides, as a consequence of light density my lower branches rarely do much flowering anyway).
