AACT and Fish poo water

1. Should AACT and/or fish poo water be avoided during flowering phase. I've been given many contrasting opinions.........

2. My tilapia water, which I give to certain plants often has elevated amonia levels and ph that is off the chart in the 9's.......I was told that ph was not relevant in organics. Could someone shed some light please.

question #1
No. you can use that throughout.
2. I used fish water for yrs and yrs, but I never Ph'ed it. Your is rather alkaline..
ph is absolutely an issue with organics, like anything.
Just after you make the correct soil recipe there's no need to check ph after that.
but if you make an acidic mix organically, it won't grow well or at all, same said with alkalinity
I'd be more concerned with why the ammonia levels are high, in a cycled tank it shouldn't be, you need more bio-filtration, like biowheels, etc.
