I just found out that gardenias could be rooted and was wondering if anyone has tried to put them in a room and just use fluorescent light to help them grow? I was thinking about putting them in my room and either making the bottle greenhouse or put them in a bottle of water to root. but I don't know if they need real sun light or if i could just use fluorescent light. Also if I use the fluorescent light do i put the light facing at them or away so they don't get to much. I don't really have a great place to put them where they would get full light inside and I don't really want to put them outside. Any advice would be great. Thanks
