Please take a look at these photos of my "girl". She is almost 6 weeks into flowering. I found these on a few buds lower on the plant (not the whole plant) and I'm in a freakin panic. I have another plant that is flowering 6 weeks too.

Did she go hermie on me? If so, wtf do I do?? Please help a girl out - I'm freaking.

Thanks you guys.

Thats a female seed pod your ok lolz.

edit: by the looks of the picture 2 I do see something that looks hermie. If thats isolated than cut it off with some of the female flower to ensure you got it.
Most of these pics are showing close ups of seed calaxes so this was confusing, but in photo 2 there are 2 banana looking things coming out top, these are herm flowers. Maybe you had other herms on other pics but I couldnt tell.

with hermed plants can you still keep them, just cut the balls off n keep flowering them till the bud? or wont they still bud cuz of being a hermie? just a thought i had..

The little banana looking things are on the very top bud of my plant, the only place I've seen that. Those little "pods" aren't pollen sacks? OMG - I'm seriously going to piss myself here. I have 2 small branches that have these pods - I don't see them anywhere else on the plant, and believe me, I've been looking. I'm going to look again, but please, anymore advice is appreciated.

Thanks everyone.

If they dont get out of control you can keep them, I had a jamaican go insane herm once and I had to destroy it, its sisters still went ok though.

Those pods where they are at kinda look like preflowers and are all girl, the only problem I see are the little chutes on the top of that bud the bananas.

Yep, looks like that plants been pollinated and has some bananas. If you can pick up some Dutch Master Reverse you might want to give it a try. In my opinion picking off the balls is usually a loosing proposition and you'll probably end up pollinating any other females in the room.

Isolate the plant if you can...don't need much light to keep it alive...and try Reverse.

yes man. those are starting to hermie.

im gonna make a list so this is easy to read:

1- you see in the first picture that one sort of pod with the brown hair coming out? and its fat? thats a pregnant woman right there. she will grow a nice big seed in there. thats what a pregnant pod looks like. (picture 1) picture 2 is a male pollin sack.

2- it is pure myth that hermies are "trash" dont kill them unless you have plenty of pure females in the grow room. i have 4 jars full of hermie bud and its great!. plus if you let them mature you will have seeds for next time. or maybe even just seeds, that you can plant and do all kinds of experiemnts with right? experimentation is a great way to learn and think of it, its free seeds. (just gotta pick out seeds from your bud before you smoke it is all)

3- yes you can cut off the bananas. i had two hermies, and one barely had any seeds because after a while i would spend sometimes up to an hour in my closet carefully picking off pollin sacks (bananas) with my tweasers.

4-any more questions just priveate message me. i will try to fully answer any question you have. and if i cant then ill tell you flat out that i m not giving you a full answer.

i see already that all you got out of this post was half-assed answers, because you kept having to repeat yourself lol, i know what thats like im still a newb and i used to ask about a million questions because i never got a straight and proper answer on here. sucks really

Just keep an eye on them and keep cutting that off, see if you can train it back to full female.

he is right, bud with seed is ok just a pain, i personaly would chop now thaugh, coz the longer u leave it the more seed ul get and less bud, plus those seed may be prone to tern herm also, depends on how they hermed the first time, sorry if the last bit confused u, its a toutchy subject, i found that out the hard way when i was a newby, just chop it smoke it enjoy it and leave the other to finnish !00% female. thats my opinion. taffo

Thanks for the advice - I'm still not sure what I'm going to do. My other plant is too nice to ruin, and since it's my first go at it - I might just chop it down and try again - and again, and again :). So I can catch a buzz off her/him this early?

You guys rock on here and I probably wouldn't have made it this far without all your help.

What causes this shit to happen?? I only have 2 plants - the other is a girly fo sho. Could she be contaminated? It is all a learning experience - but this really hurts my heart :(.

Thanks again!

Hi, new grower here. I have 5 plants that are just starting the 4th week and I have now noticed the same thing - some bananas and some fat pods that look like the pregnant female is growing a seed. Does this mean that the plant has been pollinated? A couple of the plants have more than the others, but all have it to some degree. Are all my plants going to revert to seed production? Is it too late to spray Dutch Master Reverse? Any advice is welcomed. Thanks.

if u leave a herm in with 100% fems u run the risk of turning ur good fems into herms also, i was just saying that ide prefer 100 sensimelia not he/shes.

if u rather picking seed outa ur bud all day thats ur preference.

Just a small slly question. I have 1 plant, from a feminised seed, is this actually a garunteed female? like no chance of it turning hermie on my ass?
I heard also if you stress a female out too much it will turn male?
