Accidental exposure to light - what to do?

Hi, I have a couple of plants in 12/12 and tonight the timer broke so the plants received 2 hours of light more than they should have. Should I turn the lights back on 2 hours late (so they still get a total of 12 hours darkness) or would this just make it worse? What's the best thing to do here?

Cheers!

oh my, IDK . wish I could help. my guess would be NOT to change the time on the lights. just let it roll with the punches. if you switch the timer I think you will be fucking the plant up more.
this is just my opnion.

2 hrs should be fine, really only extremely finicky strains will stress for small amount of cycle change, if it ever happens that a large period of time effects the dark cycle just got straight to 12 hrs of darkness

then just take an hr form the dark cycle til its on the right time cycle agian

i did the same thing and i jst kept it goin at the same times, mine are fine only got 2weeks left, think its ok as long as your not goin over but 4 hrs as the girls might get confused
