Tell them to send you the prescription and you'll send it in. It's bullshit that they are holding on to it.

I'm tired of this already lol, I just next day mailed them my acmpr forms and they're going to send it to HC along with my medical doc... wish me luck guys

I wish they would let us register at a registry office like we do for car and business registrations! I would gladly wait in line for this and I'm sure the registry offices across Canada would love to charge a $30-40 fee for this!

So would the owners of the 407:cuss:

That should be illegal! I just read an article where a guy couldn't register his car because he owed $43,000 for driving on the 407.
I use it whenever I have to run to Toronto because I hate the anxiety I get on the 401, they tend to send me my first bill and notice that I can no longer renew my license or plates until I pay it about a month after. As much as I hate paying for the 407 it is a far more comfortable driving experience than sitting on the death trap that is the 401.

If a guy ran up a $43k bill on it that is his own fault, that is a ludicrous amount of money considering I only owe around $150 for 5 trips to Toronto and back and one trip to Whitby.

I lost my licence for over a year for a medical problem and my vehicle was in my garage. Went to get a new sticker...pay $36 for your 407 or no new sticker.
She said someone must have stole my truck went on the 407 and put the truck back without telling me.

part of the private deal was to insure payment..lol..
Gotta love how our government just throws away their chances at income by selling off to private investors.. sell our roads, sell our hydro companies, soon they will be letting foreign companies charge us for oxygen intake and taxing how much carbon dioxide we exhale a day.

That is some bullshit, and they know that you won't fight them on it because it would cost you more than $36 to take it to court.

Exactly
I was just so thankful to not have to rely on others I just laughed paid it and left.
I'm afraid to use it if it cost 36 to not use it

And maintain it and police it.
Just not get any revenue.
Our government sure seems to have a history of stupidity on all levels

I follow politics pretty closely and even though I'm not form Ontario, I have been quietly watching you guys get shafted on a regular basis by your provincial political leaders. I feel for you guys!

Yeah, we are getting fucked out here in Alberta too with our lovely NDP gov't.
At this point in my life I have come to the conclusion that every political party is shit in their own way, they all have something that sounds good on paper (except maybe the Cons, I can't think of a single positive about them currently since all they talk about is balancing budgets which they fail to do constantly) but when in power they all drop the ball and fuck us over in some way.

I used to be a conservative as I feel a lot of people need to take more accountability for their own situations and actions. I'm not really a bleeding heart type. However the conservative party is pretty much obsolete with its extreme christian views. I'm not a liberal, spend, spend and get nothing done and the NDP.....not if I want to ever work again!

We need a party in Canada that can be all three, we need a party that can be conservative, liberal and socialist at the same time. Being strictly right, left or socialist doesn't help anyone!
