Ya, that is a case where there needs to be a variance. I think they will be forced to change the rules to allow 30 day supplies just like every other medication just to keep it simple. If I can carry a months supply of oxy's, they can't argue that a months supply of cannabis is a bigger societal risk. The question is do they fix it without a court order...?

Your Canadian mmj authorization is only valid in Canada and leaving with cannabis is a crime. There are some countries that will recognize your authorization and allow you to buy and use there...just don't cross any borders.

I personally think we need a 6 month supply limit if any. Case in point ive had some landraces go 20 weeks plus just in flower. How the fuck is a 30 day supply going to help while waiting between harvests.

Oh, I'm not worried. I'm with you man, I don't care what legislation or rules any government or doctor will put in front of me. At this point I'm done with all that shit. I'm going to do what I believe is best for me, and as long as I'm not hurting anyone, fuck it.

I just went through a big thing with a WCB "medical advisor", basically I'm refusing to take anymore antidepressants and all the pharmaceuticals. Their initial response was that I must not be depressed anymore and therefore I can have my pension reduced.

I literally had to argue that simply refusing to continue what I considered a harmful course of treatment, does not mean I no longer suffer from whatever illness, disease, etc.

The 150g is the limit on transporting cannabis. As a licence holder you can store more at your home. Just don't drive around or take a qp with you to the beach.

I hope your right. But the way i read it from the hc release is that was the amount allowable for possession at any time.

According to my pinks, I can store 3.5 kgs at all times for me and who I DG for. We don't need any changes, we have Dr's reccy's, just waiting for new forms on Aug 24th. I'm hoping HC has an R form (or equivalent) for those that require no mods to they're pinks.

Are you covered by the injunction? if so you do not need any Dr's and paper just keep growing.

that's my question too. how much dry goes into one gram of oil or shatter? if i get pulled over and have 10 g of shatter and they don't have a clue will they take it saying I'm over because it's a concentrate?
i hate not knowing

So my point is they cant put a number on something that is NEVER KNOWN FOR SURE!!!!

From my experience 150g of quality flowers will yield approx 1oz of concentrate. Works out to a gram a day of concentrated, for a carry limit of 150g of flower. Although I haven't seen this in writing. My $.02

The 150g is your carry limit not your storage limit. I fail to see what the fuss is about, why do you need to carry 5.35oz around with you. If traveling in Canada for a long time or away from home you can mail yourself 150g on top of your 150g carry limit.
