Is it possible to upgrade my 6" vortex that brings in fresh air now to my dr 300 tent to like a 10-12" max fan and then duct the fresh air to two tents or should I buy new fans filter etc? Reason I'm asking is I'm almost out of free amps in the room without adding this veg tent.

I would vent the veg tent to the flowering tent with your 6" fan (or without) in between pulling air from the veg to the flowering room this brings in extra CO2.
then extract with the 10 inch out of the flowering room, use passive intakes or another fan into the flowering room

I use a 6 inch fan on my 400 watt veg tent. i use an eight inch fan on my 600 watt. I ahve passive intakes and use cooltubes. The fans pull air out of each tent through the cool tubes and both tents outlet fan pipes meet and are tied to each other right in front of an ozone generator. This is in front of a window with shades on second level. I have a low quality active intake on one tent tho to make it a little easier for the fan, negative pressure is hard on a fan.
