Advanced Grow Room Reults

I have just built a new grow room with one goal in mind. HIGH QUALITY MEDS! It took nearly a hundred thousand dollars, and seven months to construct. Here are pics of the room and results from the first grow. The room consists of 9 lights total. There are 4 1000w HPS and 5 of the new 1250w Stealth LEDs. As well as all the other equipment that was installed including a Co2 burner, dehumidifier, air conditioners, brain, moving racks for lights, watering system, etc. This is my VERY FIRST grow though I have studied cultivating for the past two years. I grew 40 Bubba Kush's, and 20 Purple Kushs, all in soil using the Advanced Nutrients recipe for a total of 11 weeks. The total yield was just over 10lbs total. We didn't hit our goal weight but our bud quality makes up for it. Flower is currently being tested for THC%, I will update you with the results when available (predicting well over 20%). My next grow I plan on doing HEADBAND... I don't know If i want to do soil again or go to a hydroponic setup. I've been looking into the new undercurrent system. I've heard great things about it.

Let me know what you think... Maybe some advice for higher yields? Thanks

Nearly $100,000? Paint on your walls must be expensive because if you didn't go cheap on your setup you wouln't be using wing reflectors and leds. Advice for higher yields? HYDRO! But that may cost another 100k...

That price includes construction of the room($50k) and air conditioners ($9500). Add a backup generator and I'm already at $65,000. I can post pictures of all the invoices if you don't believe me. Those LED's were just released to a select number of customers in November... I had 5 of them in December. ($2500 per light). Those wing reflectors were recommended to me by the owner of the Hydro Store... The hydro system I want is going to cost around 12K total (http://cch2o.com/). It's all top of the line. From the wood framing, to the paint, to the equipment. We didn't cut any corners. That's why my VERY FIRST GROW EVER turned out better than most people who have been growing for years. Hopefully it will pay off. I have a veg room for my EZ cloners that is all climate controlled as well. Also, I have a seperate room for the nutrients and mix tank.

Hydro Store guy gave you bad advice and sold you $2500 LEDs!?! You've been had it sounds like. I could frame and drywall a grow space like yours for less than 5k. I'm calling bullshit.

I would call bullshit too but you are not seeing it from this dudes eyes. He probably has money and has hired contractors to do 90% of the work. The contractors know whats going down and that he has money so the price for everything goes up. I have been in construction for many, many years and can tell you right now that for 20k I gutted my entire 1000sq ft home to the studs, moved walls, rewired, replumbed, new sheetrock, floors, cabinets, granite tops, tile everywhere. This just means that he has the money to burn, paid people to do the work, and wants to brag.
$2500 LEDs, wing reflectors that were recommended by a hydro shop guy, selling the cheapest reflector they sell?? I would of sold you some magnum xxxls. 50k for hired help for something any two men should be able to do in a weeks work?? Poor poor decisions. "100k" into a setup that won't return the investment for several runs, and if you live in a legal state like I do, good luck finding anyone that'll pay no more than 2500 a p.

I don't give a fuck WHAT you payed for all of that, your plants are beautiful, and its clear that even if you did spend more money than you needed, you took the time and effort to set it up to that effect.
Awesome grow, I can't wait to see more.

BS or not, until proven otherwise I'll leave things at: kudos, sir.

If this is legit, I'm sooo jealous.

You're welcome to believe whatever you want. That is my room, my pics, and my bud. I wouldn't waste my time on here making up stories and copying and pasting pictures. I am aware that I overpaid for the construction of the room. But that's what happens when you hire a professional contractor and a professional electrician to go inside a metal shop where it gets to be over 130 degrees and build a 800 square foot growing paradise. As far as what kind of ROI I have seen. My attorney and I in the process of starting a collective. I assure you I will see much more than 2500 per lb. This isn't a pissing contest though... I posted this for advice on higher yields.. and to let people enjoy the pictures. Thanks

You ever think of trying a scrog setup? I think that if you could manage to flatten those plants out more, you'd have lots more surface area filled with colas. That and yeah, doing hydro maybe.

Terrible bang for the buck.
You could have a nice vertical system with hydro like the coliseum - smaller room means less lights and less AC and other stuff needed - a lot larger yield without sacrificing quality for 1/4 the price you paid.

the construction of the room is immaculate. all the bells and whistles. I feel like for 2500 bucks for an LED you could have bought 10 HPS air cooled hoods, and it wouldve already been more efficient. Vertical grows are the way to maximize every lumen possible. I have a buddy who got 10.25 lb.s with 2000w hps in a hydro veritcal set-up.

Let me get this straight. You spent 100k on THAT room, have been studying fr 2 hers yet take the advice of the grow store guy, and managed .44 grams/ watt and we are stoked for this guy? What? Do all the other members here own grow shops? LOL

More money that skill, that is apparent. But whatever, of your having fun your having fun. I know guys with REALLY fast cars who can't drive worth a shit. Kind of same story here

Call me a hater and call this guy a idiot, I call bullshit over how much he paid.. Also 2500lbs? Like within the next year?? If you think you can yield that on one run your bonkers! Yeah this makes sense, oh lets spend 50k on the room but get bat wing reflectors and fucking LEDS? I keep smelling bullshit, or have encountered the dumbest man alive.
